#1 Plumbing recently completed a significant upgrade to our radiant floor heating system. Cory and Ethan were very timely, efficient and completed the work in a professional manner. We especially appreciated Cory taking the time to explain how the system operated and answered all of our questions. We will definitely use their services again.

Carlos and his associate did a great job installing a new water heater which included widening a roof vent and running an overflow pipe to the outside. We're very happy with the quality and timeliness of the job.

Gil is the absolute best. He does an excellent job. He is efficient, tidy, and thoughtful. More than 5 stars should be available for people like him. A+ for Gil @ Number 1.

Chance And Jay were the two young men who worked on removing our solar panels they were very courteous, polite, and informative as to what they were doing. I would recommend these two young men to do a job for anybody anytime thank you so very much for a professional job. Well done.

Preston, our technician, showed up on time and was able to locate the leak in our front yard. Preston then dug a hole after moving the gravel and exposed the leaking pipe, replaced it, filled in the hole, and spread the gravel out again. I couldn't even tell he had done all that work!

100 degree weather is the worst time for your A/C to go out - Number One to the rescue! My appointment was booked with urgency and the best tech was dispatched.

Cory M. is a master of his craft, very professional, and definitely the person you want working on your refrigerated air unit. He was able to run validating tests and verified the issue. He was even familiar with the unique mechanics and components of the unit to prevent long term issues that he's seen during his decades of experience. That said, it's because Cory will educate a client (at an understandable level) on the issue and the fix. I HUGELY appreciate that!

Vinnie Palmeri can't be beat for after service follow up. He helped install my solar system seven years ago in the Santa Fe area. Now that I'm selling my home, he has made himself available to potential buyers to answer questions and to explain the system to the solar inspector. I am truly grateful for his readiness to help and his upbeat demeanor. He's a truly 'can-do guy!

Nathan came by today and assessed our heater and was able to quickly and efficiently replace a part to ensure that we have heat. He also helped swap our thermostat for a digital one. I super appreciate Number One because they have always responded quickly and are thorough in their assessment and have fair pricing.

It's been 4 years now. I've never had a bad experience or been disappointed.
Chance was my tech today. Had my swamp cooler closed and heater turned on. He was was on time, polite and professional. He did a great job! I can't imagine using another company!
This review is a little bit late, as I thought I had already posted it. However,
I've been using Number One Plumbing for about 3 years now and I've never been disappointed. They've always been on time & professional. This appointment was no exception. Nathan was my Tech this time. He was on time and very polite. He shut down my heater & set up my AC quickly & efficiently. He answered my questions and was nice enough to get measurements for my, so that I could order a new AC cover.
Number one is my first call whenever I need help! I highly recommend them!
--Just an update for 11/08/23. Electrician Ricky came to shut down my AC and turn on my heater. He was very polite and professional , I've never been disappointed In their staff. He did a great job and tested the air before he left. I absolutely can't imagine using anyone else!

Thank you Number 1 plumbing! Chance came out to replace the flame sensor on our tankless water heater and the job was complete in under an hour. He was friendly, explained everything and showed up within the promised window. We will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Customer service from Number One Plumbing was outstanding. I had to reschedule twice due to work conflicts, and then was offered a Saturday morning appointment which was ideal. Moses arrived earlier than I expected and was very competent. He fixed my leak, plus did a thorough inspection of all my interior plumbing, all while being very personable and professional. I highly recommend this company!

Nate G Was Awesome! He came out and serviced my A/C unit on the hottest day of the year so far. Before starting it up this year, I had wanted to have it checked out, as it hadn't been looked at since before covid. Nate came out, cleaned it all, checked everything, and it worked perfectly. I'd also had some occasional loud rattling noises last year that I brought his attention, and it did it when he was there. Turned out it was an easy fix, simple resonance in the housing / cover and just tightening a few screws minimized all the sound. He was fast, thorough, professional, and a real pleasure to work with. I would absolutely hire him and Number One again, and plan to make an appointment in the Fall to have my furnace checked out as well. Lou in the office was great to work with too - she really went the extra mile. Thank you so much Number One, Nate, and Lou!!!!

Luis Martinez was extremely professional during his visit. Took the time to explain what and why he was doing certain tasks and felt he was honest and sincere in diagnosing problems and solutions. A real pleasant experience.

Very pleased with the performance of Nathan G to determine the source of a water leak originating in our attic. He quickly determined the source, made the necessary repair and cleaned up wet insulation. Couldn’t have gone better. Thanks for you professionalism.

This company does great work. I've had them out a few times and will keep using them. I was stumped on a confusing wiring problem for my 1940's era house. Luis came out and fixed it in short order. Highly recommend there folks, and ask for Luis for electric issues.

Luis was fantastic. He was thorough, professional, informative and provided multiple options. He let us know when to expect him, he was on time and communicated every step and even let us know all the services the company provided in case we need anything else!
