I have not met or interacted with all the staff here but everyone that I have, has been more than helpful, respectful and gets you out the door with what you need fast. Even if you have a dumb question they don't belittle you for it. They help where ever they can and if they don't know they will find someone that does. Other places don't seem to care about customer service. Well, one place to be exact. It rhymes with "mob parrot"... just the one younger guy that gives off the impression customers are a bother to him and not worth his time.

Albuquerque winair is great. Been using them for years. They come through when nobody else does. Today we couldn't find a specialty cooler in stock anywhere in town and they were able to deliver it to our job site the same day.

I was just there 5 minutes ago doing a warranty on a combo unit motor and the two gentleman who helped me were so awesome the young lady that was talking with me about hunting was awesome they treated me like a person and didn't judge me by my looks they were professional courteous and extremely kind and respectful to me I highly recommend this place for any of your HVAC needs
