I was extremely happy with the work done on my AC unit. The two men were polite and professional. They took extra time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. They fixed issues with my AC that another company couldn’t and I will be calling them next time I need HVAC work done on my home. Highly recommend!

7D was recommended to me after buying a new home for the seasonal maintenance for the heating/cooling system. Easy to work with and schedule, very knowledgeable and experienced. Ended up scheduling to have my swamp cooler replaced with refrigerated air, which has been a great decision. The whole process from start to finish has been great, everything performs just as I was told it would and for a great price. When some unexpected hiccups occurred they took care of it immediately, going above and beyond in service. Highly recommended, quality work, great communication and a great price!

Rude, rude, rude. They came out to work on our HVAC and said they submitted for a replacement unit for us. We hadn’t heard from them in over 2 weeks so my wife called and was met by the rudest customer service I’ve ever heard. While she did say our replacement part was approved by our warranty, she was incredible disrespectful and demeaning to my wife. Telling her “first of all, we don’t order the part, I’ll call you when we are ready to schedule.” After 2 more weeks, we still hadn’t heard anything and checked our online portal and 7D closed out the claim. So not only was it not fixed, we were treated horribly and talked down to, and they closed the claim we had to pay to submit. We called our warranty company to ask why, and they explained that 7D said they’d buy the part we needed, then said they needed the warranty company to get it, then sent the wrong model number that didn’t exist, and then never answered our warranty company on a new model number. So what was the point of the rude lady telling my wife “first off all” when first of all it was an error on their end. This isn’t the first time this company has been awful to us. Normally when we go through our warranty company we request a different vendor to come because this place is ALWAYS awful. We gave them another chance this time because it was urgent, but I’d rather wait for a different company than go through this mess again. Even just seeing the way this company responds to some of their online complaints is disgusting. Why work in a business that serves people if you’re going to treat people this bad.

Had 3 companies provide estimates for water softener install and hot water heater replacement.

TLC priced $11k+ for hot water heater replacement and $870 for softener install. They sent out a sales rep to put quote together. The rep couldn't answer my questions without having to call a technician. Always had to wait for answers.

One company didn't bother showing up at all. (Individual that was too busy.)

7-D Mechanical showed up and offered a much better price than TLC and the quality of work was out of this world. For the estimate, Clifford showed up with one of his technicians and was able to provide answers to questions as they came up. Once we decided to move forward with them, he was extremely responsive and professional. As long as we own a home in ABQ, we will be using 7-D for our plumbing, heating, AC needs.

7-D Mechanical was outstanding at quickly diagnosing the problem with our HVAC that we’ve been dealing with for months now. He ordered the part and fixed it. He is honest and knows his stuff and did a great job!

I had called one of the big companies and the tech barely looked at it before saying I needed a new furnace. I am a full-time caregiver to my two disabled children and I have a very limited, fixed income. No way I can afford a new furnace. Clifford was able to find a replacement for the ancient blower motor and installed it as soon as it arrived. I am very grateful!

They are amazing! I had them install my A/C and I can’t believe how quick, professional, and overall great it was! I would never use anyone else, everyone else kept telling me different things were wrong, would change the wrong part and charge me for it and my system kept shutting off. DynoCool came, changed one small part and all of the problems went away! They have won me over

The husband called and asked the company to come and service our Master Cool AC for startup. The Tech Luis came about 8 am looked at the cooler vacuumed it out replaced the water line the pad and made sure everything was working properly float etc. Before he left. The cooler is running better than it ever has. Thank you so much. We will be calling you back next year and we want our same Tech. Thank you again!!! So happy 😁.
