This company was a company I used to get teamed up with many years ago when I was doing heating and they would do the plumbing. Recently I've sold a house and they replaced the sewer line for me. Mark came out and helped me a a ton by running his camera for me to show me where I needed to dig for his guys. Ray came out and replaced the sewer line quick and clean. Great affordable service in a days notice!!

Cut the water line to my swamp cooler when winterizing. He can't give me an appointment to summarize until 4wk.out.Said he doesn't remember cutting the water line.

He obviously needs no new customers. I will no longer recommend this guy/ Royal Plumber.

Never use Royal Plumbing. They replaced our sewer line, and dug through our sprinkler system in three different places, disconnecting attachments. They then just went and covered all of it up, so we didn't see it till we ran the sprinkler system and our whole lawn flooded. They said they'd come back to fix it, did about 1/4 of the work, and then left our lawn torn up. It was taking them so long we just finished the work ourselves. Then, a month after replacing the sewer we had it inspected for a pre-home sale inspection, and it didn't pass inspection. They came back to fix what was wrong, dug through the sprinkler system again, and once again just covered it all up! They were super unresponsive and unhelpful throughout. I would never use them again.

Royal Plumbing did an amazing job for me today! The amount of professionalism I have not experienced before with other companies. Not only did I get the problem fixed but it was explained to me to where I understood the problem and could prevent it from happening in the future. Thank you for your time and attention towards my issue.

I've had mixed results with Royal Plumbing. I rate it 2.5 stars. A few years ago they replaced my water heater. It worked fine for just over a year but then the igniter broke and after doing research found out it was a known faulty component for many years. Thankfully they repaired it under warranty but I wish they had used a higher quality water heater. Recently, they replaced my water line that was leaking. They started repairing it without first consulting me regarding the issue which I thought was just a leaky sprinkler valve. Their communication was lacking and they took almost 2 weeks to replace it all the while my line was leaking. It was finally resolved, though I was forced to use them because they locked me into their services because I didn't have a chance to get other estimates. Further compounding the issue, I still can not receive a copy of the invoice. It's hit or miss with Mark and his helpers.

We are seniors on a limited income so the amount we were charged for a wall furnace motor was shock to us. It was $1600. The only reason we paid it was because one of the two men that came to repair our heater used to have his own company and has completed several projects for us in the past. He told us that he was now working with your company so we trusted the price we were quoted for the motor. We found out from a neighbor that he walk furnace needed a new motor a few months before and she paid less than $100.
Your company should be ashamed for taking advantage of senior citizens!

McCutcheon (Reuben) came through for us, on a weekend, when the pressurized water tank system, for our property with a well, was leaking and the water pressure fluctuating. Over a Saturday night as well as a bit on Sunday, Reuben did troubleshooting, runs for identified parts and all needed to get the system and parts fixed. Reuben was prompt, courteous and professional, explaining to me everything that needed to be done. The price was right and service great. Thanks!

My mom used them for her change over to winter. They were very professional and informed her that she needed a new thermostat, but said it would be cheaper for her to get one and have me install it. Other companies have taken advantage of her, but she was very happy with McCtcheon.

A water heater leak resulted in finally finding a reliable, ethical plumber when I had none. Mr. McCutcheon responded quickly, talked us through options, and worked non-stop (despite the quirks of my old house) until we had our new tankless heater running. So happy with their service and will definitely be using them again for all my plumbing needs!

Bry was very pleasant and did a very good job. The price was higher than I thought it would be, but the valve and thermostat were expensive and I'm glad they were replaced. I will call you again for my plumbing needs.

Unfortunately you guys have become too expensive for me. I was quoted $374 for a running toilet. Another plumber came and fixed it for $158. I'd been a customer since 2015, unfortunately I can't afford your new prices.

Mark’s is amazing! Brandon worked diligently to try to clear the drain of our kitchen sink for several hours. He came back the next day with Daniel and Steve, and they were able to clear the drain that we’ve had issues with for years. We’ve used several companies that have failed us, so we’re glad to have found Mark’s.
