Technician was patient and persistent with a job that ended up being more complicated than the usual. Price was competitive with other plumbers.

Recently moved into an older house with some unique plumbing features and difficulties. The owners themselves came to assess the situation and check on the progress of work. They installed a new water heater and brought another up to code. They worked efficiently and effectively with a high quality result at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates I received. I would 100% recommend Mark's Plumbing and Heating for all your plumbing needs!

I may of tried to do the work myself but, from scheduling to estimate and to seeing the work done I knew I had professionals. I was reassured that the preventative maintenance I was choosing to do should be handled by none the less. The teams punctuation and communication was well received. Exceeds expectations! I called Mark's Plumbing yesterday to get my smart cooler set up for summer, and they kindly fit me in the next day. The two technicians completed the job in no time, even when the winds were so strong they probably should have rescheduled, but they completed the job anyway (having to go up on my two story roof in this extreme wind). Huge shout out to Mark's Plumbing...skilled, always reliable, very affordable, and super respectful!! And great with texting or calling, letting me know when they are on their way. Long-time customer.

Mark's Plumbing (Dominic and Brandon) called this morning to tell me that they could install a new toilet for us one day early & managed to get the model I requested even though they had to go three places to find it. They kept me informed by text and phone call as to their progress. They were careful of my wood floors and cleaned up their job site nicely! And they both had a sense of humor as well! Call them! Had two toilets installed and then added a thermostat.. The installers were quick and efficient and didn’t flinch with the added work. Friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Marks Plumbing!

Just had Marks back to replace our outdoor faucets. The technician was quick and efficient. The work called for some stucco to be removed. Made me nervous but when all was said and done there was little or no damage!

This company was awesome! My water heater died 2 days ago and I called 2 other places, one never called me back, and the other admitted he forgot to call me back. Mark's P&H called me back first thing in the morning and said they could be over in a few hours. They actually made it over in under 2 hours. The technician Dominic was excellent. He was very professional, answered all my questions. replaced the water heater in a very timely manner, he cleaned up everything after he was done. I have nothing but praise for this company and for the tech Dominic who did the job. I highly recommend them!

Very responsive, professional and fast! Replaced old leaky water shut off in laundry room same day. Definitely would recommend!

Brandon was the practitioner who cleaned out my main sewer line. He was on time, courteous and attentive to the problem, and thorough in solving the issue. He explained carefully the complete costs. I think he was excellent. The company is pricey.

I was really pleased with Marks Plumbing. They were prompt (a few minutes early even) and cleared the clog from the main that was backing up into my downstairs toilet and tub. They gave me warranty and came back a week later when my tub was draining slowly. Apparently, once the main line was cleared a secondary clog was found in the bathroom. They fixed this under the warrantee. A shout out to Daniel who came back the second time and cleared the bathtub clog.

GREAT SERVICE! We were thankful that they were able to come out the same day we called them. The technician was on time and quick.

Mark's installed a pressure regulator for us as Rio Rancho has issues with spikes in pressure. Very professional, clean job site, fair price. They are my recommended plumber!

These guys are great! Had a disposal problem, It was jammed. They said I could just monitor it to see how it would work. They didn’t try to upsell me! But I went ahead and opted for a new disposal. They started right away and got the job done quickly and professionally. Louie was my technician and he was great!! Highly recommend!
