A week before Thanksgiving, we had a hot water pipe break. I called a plumbing company who came out and did an assessment, and said they’d be back the next day. They canceled that morning, and rescheduled for Monday; then canceled again. I am SO lucky that a friend recommended My Plumber!! Travis came out on Tuesday, gave us a (very reasonable) estimate, and his team came out the next day and fixed the pipe. They were awesome- and we have hot water in time for turkey! Thank you My Plumber!!! We’ll absolutely be calling next time we have the need.

It has become hard to find a plumber that actually calls back or shows up until you find Travis and My Plumber! This company is amazing! Travis contacted us back quickly and came out as soon as possible to help get our kitchen sink in order. Yes, back to being able to do dishes again! Moved into my newly renovated home in Cedar Crest and it turned out that the drain pipes from the home had some pretty serious clogs. Travis came out at the appointed time and took a little very time to figure out what was wrong and corrected it. Keywords… Timely, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, fair price.

The day before traveling out of town, I found my hot water storage tank leaking. One call to My Plumber was all it took to get the tank replaced quickly and at a fair price. Travis and his crew were professional, honest and clear about what needed to be done. They even replaced a couple of valves that needed attention. The crew kept us informed throughout the process and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. My Plumber - Travis, and his crew, showed up same day as I called. They worked for hours and ran out to get me the part needed that same afternoon. He charged me less than the other two quotes I received and again, showed same day and fixed my AC issues. My Plumber is top tier for repairs and customer service! The best HVAC in ABQ!

These guys were here the very next day and I think if I would’ve called them first thing in the morning they probably would’ve been here same day. The owner Travis treated me like we were long time friends and his staff treated us the same. This company communicated everything. Took the time to really trouble shoot my tankless water heater so they didn’t waste my money. Travis didn’t think it was the unit and he asked me to try out the system with the temporary fix that he made in the plumbing system for a day or two to make sure that was the issue. It turned out to be the exact plumbing issue that he thought is was and there was nothing wrong with the actual unit. Another company told me I would probably have to replace the unit if the flush didn’t work. Travis came back the next day and made the repairs necessary saving me a lot of headache and money. A good friend recommended Travis to me and I am recommending him to anyone reading this. If you want an honest company who cares about keeping their customers long term by keeping them happy. This is the one for sure.

Moved from out of state, contacted Travis and his team to move a water softener for me. Jack, Andres and Rick were amazing to work with and the estimate was reasonable for the amount of work completed. They had to go through the wall and they need such a nice job without damaging our home. I will continue to call him and his team for all my plumbing needs!

Travis has done many jobs for us. Some large, and some small. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and knowledgeable plumber, then he and his guys are the ones you need to call. He has great communication with his customers and he will not try to sell you something that you don’t need. And he is a very nice guy!

In a word Outstanding !!! I have a policy with a home warranty company. They sent someone out who gave me a ridiculous price replacing a water heater. My wife’s close friend recommended My Plumber so we thought we’d get a second estimate. They showed up on a Thursday morning, gave me a price that not only included a new water heater but some other related plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. They completed the job same day !!! And even with the $600 or so of the additional repairs they came in over $1000.00 less than my first estimate. I will never use another plumbing company. The technician that did the work explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. Honest. Reliable and trustworthy. I can not say enough good things about this company !!! Highly recommend. There are a lot of scammers out there. My Plumber is not one of them. Thank You for your outstanding service.

Called for service on Thursday to have my disposal replaced. Making a horrible noise and was starting to leak under the sink. We went out and bought a new unit. Eddie came out the next afternoon and got my new disposal installed and tested. Left the area very clean and unit works perfectly. So pleased, thank you Eddie.
