Travis and his team are the most helpful service providers I have ever found in Albuquerque. They have gone above and beyond to help trouble shoot problems with my toilet, garbage disposal and mini-splits. They are honest, respectful and good at what they do. I am so grateful to have found My Plumber.

Had a lot of work remodeling master bath and kitchen. Very professional, fair price, awesome employees. I would use these guys again in a heart beat. Five stars.

My Plumber LLC turned what could have been a very stressful situation, into a demonstration of what really good customer service looks like. Eddie fixed an upstairs leaking shower that was causing water damage downstairs. He even gave us some good advice on how to watch for other plumbing issues, and provided a recommendation for a contractor who can fix the downstairs ceiling. We've never needed major plumbing services before, but My Plumber LLC will be our service provider for all plumbing needs going forward. Knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. We're very pleased!

We had a main water line break. Our water to the house was shut off for at least 15 hrs. We called around for help, got the run a round. Called My Plummer and had assistance by 1:00pm. Both gentlemen were professional, kind and my dogs liked them. They answered my questions, talked with us and fixed our problem where other companies wouldn't come out or had excuses as why they couldn't help. I have already given their company and number to two other people.

Jack and his coworker were Professional, they listen to my concerns and answered my questions. And going from working outside in some dirt and then coming into my home To do additional work they were very careful about cleanliness. I highly recommend their service.

I bought the disposal before their arrival. However, was changed $150.00 for customer customer-supplied disposal. I spoke with Charles at the office and explained how it was listed on the invoice and that I also paid $250.00 fir new tubular drains with air gap plus Albu tax of $30.52 even though the service was in rio rancho.
I was not satisfied with his response on what and how i was charged. The installer was still wonderful. Eddie was very professional, neat, clean. The disposal works great that I bought.

“My Plumber” provided an exceptional service. We had a leak in our water line from the main to our house and we didn’t know what the best course of action would be to get it repaired. They sent a plumber, Jack, out to us quickly and he was able to help point us in the right direction of the leak. We were on a budget and he gave us a quote for what it would be if we hired them to do the total job, or what it would be if we did the digging, demo, backfill ourselves. It was great to have these options presented to us. We chose to do the digging and Jack offered possible solutions to the repair depending on what we discovered when we unearthed the water line. Jack explained our options thoroughly in a way my wife and I could understand and used high quality products in the repair. I feel confident we will be set for many years to come now thanks to his skill and expertise. Would highly recommend.

Big shout out to Travis for coming and fixing our sump pump problem. He was professional and really friendly. He was honest and the prices were great. The job was done fast and to accurate. My plumber is my go to for plumbing and hvac needs. Thank you for your help.

We needed to run a gas line along a wall and through several cabinets from a shut off valve about 16 feet away to behind a new gas oven range that we had purchased and were concerned that this would cause problems with our other appliances not being able to fit under the cabinets. Travis came by on the same day we called for an estimate and explained thoroughly how this could be done, and his team completed the job the very next day very professionally and quickly, and at a very reasonable price, compared to several other estimates we had gotten.
What I appreciated the most was that throughout, Travis and his team cheerfully did the little extra things to add to the quality of the job and keep us happy. Travis and Jack came by again after the work had been completed to follow up and make sure everything was ok. I consider Travis to be my plumber for life and will wholeheartedly endorse him to anyone that I know who needs a plumber. Can't thank him enough for the extra effort and expediency that he and his team provided.

Precision has helped me so many times through the years. They have serviced my personal home as well as my clients homes. They are not fancy by any means but they know their stuff. Precision plumbing has assisted me personally with dishwasher install, snaking a drain, replacing hot and cold water lines, replacing water heater, servicing my wall heater before I finally converted to refrigerated air and installed a vent pipe to help my washer stop back flowing into my kitchen. These guys are my primary go-to and very reasonable on pricing compared to so many others!

I have used this company for over 30 years and i have never had an issue that wasnt resolved expediently and fully to my satisfaction. They have multiple divisions even a house cleaning division. They do HVAC Plumbing yard work anything you can think of, and they do it well. Every single employee that I've had contact with has been fully professional and just very nice people. Bodie (owner) was excellent. Returned my call quickly, came to my home for estimate that day. He is a very clear communicator (explained my options for a new water heater, answered all questions). Saul and Irin did the installation of new water heater. They were so professional and kind and left the area looking way better than how they found it!. Beautiful work! The next day I had a question about water temperature. I texted Bodie directly and he got right back to me. He offered to come to my home to give further guidance /instructions. In the end he was able to just explain/ answer my questions over text. No need for visit. But I could not ask for better service. We will definitely use HomeRun Plumbing in the future. Thank you!

My mom and I both have used Home Run Plumbing at our new homes! Mom used Saul and said he was incredibly helpful and professional. I don't recall my tech's name, but he was also very helpful and professional! We both had a number of projects done and each time, the techs would offer options and allow us to choose the best way forward for our needs/finances. Easy to schedule, to pay, and good customer service. We would absolutely call this company again and recommend that you do as well!

What an amazing company! We had numerous plumbing issues in our house that we had procrastinated getting repaired because we needed to research and find a reputable and trustworthy company. I had received Nextdoor recommendations for HomeRun Plumbing plus the BBB gave them an A+ rating and all the reviews I could find are 5 stars. The technician who came out to our house was Saul, and he is polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Saul fixed everything and explained what he was doing along the way. Their pricing is more than fair compared to some of the other big plumbing companies in town. Overall we had a great experience with HomeRun Plumbing and definitely recommend!

Bodie was amazing. Very responsive. Very professional and very kind. I am so pleased with the work he did replacing my water heater. It went out and he was there the next day, got it installed very fast and left the job site clean.
