I've used Mark's Plumbing and Heating for many years and always happy with the work. Louie and his crew were great. I have to say I was a little annoyed at the tipping option while processing payment. Aftwr spending $3K, 10% tip would've been $300, more than the tax. Y'all should rethink that.

Good communication. The plumber, Daniel was on time, polite, helpful and thorough. He took the time to make sure the job was completed successfully.

Mark’s Plumbing was fantastic to do business with once again. Their team of professionals were able to fix two plumbing issues quickly and just in time for new appliances to be connected. Shout out to Dominic and Haus who were professional and knowledgeable. It’s great to have a company you can trust and rely on when it matters most.

These guys are great! Replaced my leaking water heater. Good prices, fast, quality work, and they left a clean job site. All looks and performs perfectly.

You used to come in and start working and charge me by the hour + any parts. Now you come in, look at the job, and go back to the truck and come back with an estimate. You wanted to charge me $400 for a job you did on another toilet 6 months ago for which you charged me $200. Your response: 'we changed our pricing so we can stay in business'. WHAAA?? Told you to go fly a kite. My son has also been unhappy since ownership was changed so now you have lost 2 long-time, good customers.

Above all expectations. Rene and Hoss are both exceptional workmen and should be well compensated for their efforts. I will certainly be recommending Mark’s plumbing in the future.

Rene and crew showed up on time to give me a quote and, unbeknownst to me, they were ready to start work as soon as I accepted. I thought I was going to have to schedule a repair date in the future but instead Rene’s crew got to work and did an excellent job start to finish the same day. Thank you Mark’s Plumbing!

Mark's to the rescue once again! Called for a leaky outdoor faucet, and Dominic did a great job explaining the work they were going to do, and the risk that might occur if the job went south. He reassured me that this was unlikely but had to be said. I agreed and they had the faucet fixed in no time! I also value the honesty of the workers - Dominic said they didn't have to replace a part, so he marked the initial price quote down to reflect this. 10/10!

Over double the price of what another company charged and the problem wasn't even fixed. They were unable to fix the clog because their snake wasn't long enough and wanted to charge me an additional $600 to jet the line. I called Carroll Heating and plumbing who and they were able to clear the line and charged me $165 for actually getting the job done while Marks is charging me $342 and they didn't even fix the problem.

Mark's Plumbing was willing to work with me on getting my upstairs shower, a complicated affair, right back to normal. Switching out an old garage utility sink? Not even a problem and at a reasonable price. Their plumbers are true gentlemen and scholars: polite, prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. They believe in doing things perfectly from start to finish. Do yourselves a favor by saving time and money with this amazing company!

We were in mess with a broken leaking water heater ! Steve at Mark’s Plumbing took my call right away,showing his concern for our mess . After he discused our options he scheduled us to get a new water heater in a few days ! He stayed in contact with me via text on the status of parts ordered,daily of exact time that schedule was on, even a text on the morning of repair that his crew was on the way ! When they got to my house there was the owner and three other well qualified young men ! They worked like a well oiled machine! Very caring for our home moving furniture etc. Doing an outstanding job! I would highly recomend them for anyone who needs there services !

Daniel came out to clean my washer drain, and did a great job. They scheduled the same day and were out when they said they would be. I will definitely be calling Mark's for all my future plumbing!

These guys are the best! I was out of town and called them and they were able to come out the next day. They jetted a clogged main line at our commercial property and got our tenant back in business. There’s no one I would trust more. Great people!

Technicians were prompt and knowledgeable. We decided not to do the repiping as we were able to get water to all fixtures. I have used this firm many times and have found them to be the best regarding price and quality of work.

Mark's Plumbing took care of an external hosebib and warned that sometimes they break when removing and replacing. The plumbers also adjusted the settings on the tankless water heater. They did a great job. They also were able to arrive the day I called for service.

We live in a 80 year old house that has a floor furnace. It had gone out and Sam from Mark's Plumbing & Heating was able to find the same size furnace that we had before. It is working very well.
Sam, Hoss, Louie and Paul were able to install it in 1 day. The crew were very professional and easy to work with. We will definitely recommend Mark's Plumbing and Heating to our friends. They care about getting the job done right and taking care of their customers. Thank you Sam.

Mark sold the business to someone else; we had used Mark's Plumbing for years. They came out to replace a toilet fill valve & supply ($300) and toilet flapper ($150). My wife didn't call me to let me know price before they did the work otherwise I would have said no. The fill valve on Amazon is $16.97 that comes with the flapper. Their employee said flappers were up to $50 now; the flapper itself on Amazon is $10.87. Their total was $484.34. I have cancer and didn't want to do the work myself but didn't realize the price was that insane. My wife and I have an agreement now to not allow work from anyone until we've both discussed it. I called them and they said that's the cost of a journeyman plumber and the don't charge by the hour but by the job. I told them I was going to leave a bad review, but they didn't care. I don't recommend them at all. We will never use them again.

I have utilized Mark.s Plumbing services twice recently. First for a swamp cooler replacement and second for a shower plumbing fawcett repair. Very happy with both repairs. They show up when promised, technicians are courteous, and the workmanship was great. I will use them again.

I've had great experience with Marks Plumbing with many different projects. (Ex. Water heater flush, shower cartridge replacement, and drains) Over the last year I feel like their prices have tripled and there has been a decrease of communication. However, the technicians and front office actively work to the best of their abilities to work through any plumbing issues. I really appreciate the team acknowledging the limit of their knowledge and providing advice on where to proceed with projects outside of their expertise.

Rene was my service professional today for a kitchen faucet, drain and disposal setup on a new sink. I liked Rene’s professionalism and enthusiasm so much I had him replace a leaky TPP valve on the hot water heater. Marks will be my next go to for plumbing needs. Thanks again, very satisfied. -Phil
