Literally the worst company ever. Unresponsive not helpful don't keep appointments the most difficult to work with.

Wouldn't recommend to an enemy. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU WANT ANYTHING FIXED!!!!

I have a Sears coverage contract and unfortunately Sears outsourced to this company . A part was ordered and was delivered to my house on sept 2 . I called the company multiple times and left countless unanswered messages . Sears was no help. They finally showed up today sept 15 to install the part . Very unprofessional on Sears and iklander

STAY AWAY from this company. The technician came in 5 different times. ordered parts each time. parts took a week each time to come. overall, wasted 2 months and couldn't fix the problem. Oh, another thing, if you don't speak Russian stay away. as the technicians don't speak English.

I have been waiting over a month to fix my refrigerator
At first.the technician who speaks mostly Russian told us the compressor was broken and the part was to be ordered .
The same technician came on a Sunday to replace it
Once replaced we were told the evaporator was also defective and needed to be replaced.
He would order the new part and await its arrival to install
One week later he never ordered the necessary part and we had to call sears to order it
All in all one month has elapsed awaiting the repair
The company is inept irresponsible and not deserving to be associated with sears
Disgusted I wish I never called them
