I used this company through my warranty for my washer and dryer. The guy came quickly and fix my dryer literally in less then 10 minutes. Amazing job Andrew

The service on my combo washer dryer was excellent. The repair arrived promptly, he was professional and courteous and explained exactly what was happening with my washer/dryer. He needed to order a replacement part and said he would return in 3-5 days and he did exactly that. On his return he again was professional and complete the job quickly and with efficiency. I am very happy with the service.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my cousin who has 3 kids, including two 18 month old twins who were sick and a 7 year old. She's too busy contacting the company every other day to write this review.

She called Samsung to get someone out to repair a rubber gasket on her front load washing machine which is under warranty. Fixity was the company they assigned. After the repair was made, my cousin tried to use her washer right after and she ended up with a totally different problem. All of a sudden the washer was spinning wildly out of control and was extremely loud with a loud thumping noise. Somehow the Fixity repair person broke the machine. She couldn't use the washer, so she called them out to see what happened. Meanwhile she's out of a washing machine for 2 adults and 3 kids. No way to wash clothes for her family. They come back out, told her the issue has something to do with some concrete part in the washer and they had to order the part. It's been 4 weeks, she's constantly calling, they show NO URGENCY even though they caused this issue. I had to break my back to help her try to wash clothes in the bathtub, but we couldn't wring them out properly. It also took forever and was back breaking. It wasn't feasible. Two weeks in, she had me watch the kids while she went to the laundromat to spend $100+ dollars and hours of time she can't get back to wash clothes on the weekend, away from her family, just so her family would have what they need. She called both Samsung and Fixity, they said they are sorry about the inconvenience but we're 4+ weeks in and there's still no repair, NO URGENCY to fix something THEY BROKE. She had to bring clothes when visiting family hours away to try to survive this in week 3 and 4 without spending hundreds of dollars.That's ridiculous! She has enough on her plate and this shouldn't have been added for her and her family to bear because you guys made a mistake and didn't care to put in the effort to fix it in a timely manner. What a joke! Things happen, but if you break something, take accountability and fix it ASAP! It should be on YOU to be inconvenienced, not the customer and their family. You should communicate and make every effort to make it right. She shouldn't have to constantly reach out. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

After purchasing a washer-dryer from LG where the dryer mode did NOT work at all and was leaving the clothes sopping wet (much wetter than after a wash cycle), LG assigned me Total Appliance Solutions.

A very junior, inexperienced technician came and ran a diagnostics mode for 5 minutes which said that everything was fine and could not do anything for me.

I started a new repair request for the same problem and asked to be assigned another company. Fixity came by and said they would do everything to get it solved. They thoroughly investigated the issue and came back with new parts. They replaced the motherboard and the 4-way water inlet valve.

Now our washer dryer works perfectly thanks to Fixity!

Fixity helped me to fix my dishwasher! The tech did a great job. They came over to diagnose the appliance and came back within a couple of days to install parts. Now my dishwasher is working perfectly. Thank you, Fixity!

Fixity did a great job fixing my refrigerator. Andrei called ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving. He replaced the part quickly & without any issues. Andrei also stayed a little after installation to make sure the refrigerator worked properly. He was very courteous and professional. I would definitely call upon their services again if need be.

Hi. Just wanted to let you know. The repairman only put my washer gasket part way on. Who doesn't finish the job all the way??? I looked at it and the white rim was showing. I had to figure out how to put it on the next rim which was tough for being 68 years old. I hope I got it on correctly. Also, I never saw repair people leave a pile of trash. They always disposed of it. Plus I stepped on some plastic clips that weren't in the pile. I Resent my last message since I hadn't gotten any response yet. It was sent April 5th
You think you would have some kind of response, like we are so sorry that the repairman didn't finish the job and that you had to figure out how to get the gasket on all the way and that he left trash all over. You need to do better. What kind of Repairman doesn't do the job correctly and then not finish putting it on the way? SMH.
I will not be recommending your company to anyone for obvious reasons.

Unprofessional. Didn’t show up to a service call. I took an entire day off of work. No response to phone calls or text messages.

8/26/25. Do not deceive your clientele by leaving an apologetic message, by requesting a call to rectify this matter. I called 1x on Sunday. I called 5x on Monday, the day of the scheduled service call. No one answered. Voicemail is now full. I just placed, yet, another call, per your instruction to call and ask for Max. Still, NO ONE ANSWERS. Again, unprofessional. Good day.

My dishwasher had drain problem. Andrey the technician came and identified the problem in 5 min. He ordered part needed to be fixed. Came back in 5 days and fixed the dishwasher. He acted very professional and nice. I am very satisfied with his job and the service of this company. I highly recommend

Had my fridge fixed by Fixity Appliance Repair. Everything went smoothly! The first part was broken, but they quickly took care of it, ordered a new one, and rescheduled me just a couple days later. Technicians were professional, and customer service was super friendly. Really happy with the service!❤️🪛🛠️

Fixity was the designated company used by the mnufacturer (damaged door replacement for a new refrig). They were extremly difficult to deal with when scheduling as you can't even talk to someone, text only. Our appointement time was set for Friday, then Saturday AM, then Sat noon - at 6pm they appologized for not showing. They eventually came on Tuesday. To his credit, the tech that came out, Andrei, was pleasant, seemed to be well trained and was efficient.

Ridiculous, we’ve had 3 days where they’ve given us a 4 hour time period where they would show up to look at our dishwasher and no shows every time. No communication at all either. The process was done through Lowe’s insurance so maybe they don’t prioritize these calls. Horrible experience

Wonderful experience. Andrei was fast, professional and got our dishwasher working right away. Highly recommend Fixity Appliance Repair. They kept us in the loop the entire time from the initial visit, part order and delivery and followed up promptly to install new part.
