Was happy to have Fixity diagnose and resolve my issue with my washer. Andrei came out ran some tests and determined the issue initially. He then told me what parts he needed to order and would come back to install once they arrived. Sure enough he arrived to install the parts and had everything back up and running very quickly. Thanks again.

Please do yourself a favor and don’t use this company. I hired them to service my GE Washer that started leaking after only 1.5 years of usage. They came out and and determined that the unit had a gasket that went bad. After getting an exorbitant quote of over $600 to replace the gasket, we contacted GE to complain. GE told us the unit should not be leaking after 1.5 years, and although it was out of warranty, they would pay Fixity (approved GE vendor) to fix it. We were extremely thankful that GE offered to do that. GE contracted Fixity directly to come back and replace the gasket and they were scheduled to come today between 1-5PM. They showed up and it was the same guy who diagnosed the problem initially. He said he didn’t have the parts because he was sent to fix a refrigerator. I called Fixity to find out what was going on. They insisted they had never been to my house before even though they were there a week prior and quoted us $600’to replace the parts. The customer service lady who basically never answers her phone insisted I was “mistaken.” She told me GE put the wrong code in the system and GE told me they didn’t. Fixity as a company is completely unprofessional, incompetent and basically inept. It’s apparent I guess since they have so many bad reviews and complaints to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to save yourself the headache.

My review is about the technician who came to my house. His name is Irakli Gogratchadze. My washing machine was making some weird noises, he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I was very impressed with his patience and knowledge and would highly recommend him to come to your house to fix appliances.

I did not end up using their service, BUT Marta was amazing. She gave me an estimate, how much things might cost and gave me great advice. If something does break in my house, I will absolutely give a call back because of how kind she was on the phone. Customer service matters!

Best repair experience with Dan! He came to house with a positive attitude and was super efficient at diagnosing the problem, came prepared with materials and fixed the problem quickly. He was kind to explain what he was doing so that I could understand, which I very much appreciated. The first repair man from another company came and was difficult to engage with and didn’t know what to do, so it makes all the difference with someone like Dan who is so competent and pleasant to work with. Amazing service! Very responsive company, always on time and communicating with us. I was lucky to have Slava the technician diagnosing the issue on point and ordering the parts and coming back to finish the service in minutes. Will always used this company from now on.

The technicians were nice. They were knowledgeable. The only reason I didnt give five stars because they forgot to order a part in the initial request. Otherwise our dryer is working as brand new and no other concerns.

I had an issue with my GE gas drier. I contacted dial through their web page because of many good reviews on my neighborhood Facebook page. I received a call back later that day and scheduled an appointment for the following day. The service tech call 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time saying he was ten minutes away. He arrived on time had the part and was done within one half hour. I am very happy with the service and professionalism. I highly recommend Dial appliance repair.

Dial Appliance Service is professional & reliable. Prices comparable with other services. Speaking directly with reception staff was very helpful- i.e. in answering questions, trouble shooting, providing service repair information. Experienced technician was quick to determine several issues with our Samsung French/door frig. (Currently in a class action lawsuit re: marginal door seal :gasket (photo attached) & inconsistent temperature control ).
…an all-too/short performance life span of 6 years before trouble with water pooling below crisper drawers & perpetual ice maker issues.
What would we do without experienced appliance repair staff who are called upon to repair the many sub-par frig. appliance brands with well documented average life spans of 10 years. What a cost burden to consumers, waste of material & major contribution to the climate crisis.
Thanks Dial Appliance for the interim 2022 repair & for helping me decide a new frig was the next logical option a year later.

Steve from Dial Appliance Service was very punctual and professional. He sorted out the problem with the Kenmore HE washer immediately and the Impeller was replaced which now works like new. Unbelievably, the Kitchen Aid refrigerator's water filter system also started leaking around the same time, and Steve was on hand to take a look sorting this out too. From the first call to followup, the entire Dial Appliance Service Team have been patient, professional and caring. Pricing is straight forward, no bait and switch. I have already recommended to my colleagues.

I had an oven handle repair that was done in less than 10 minutes. Repair tech was nice.

The service was superb. I gave only 3 stars because there was confusion about the surcharge for using a credit card as payment. The office staff ensured me there was no charge, but the repairman insisted there was a credit card surcharge. I was able to pull together cash, but the confusion put me in a difficult spot.

I found the person who called me from Dial Appliance to be very knowledgeable, curteos and kind. He went above and beyond. The plumber was prompt and knowledgeable as well. Also going above and beyond. All in all a great experience out of an error code on my washer. Thank you!
