Tech was communicative,.prompt and thorough. Problem resolved itself when pipes thawed, but would definitely call again.

It is difficult to decide whether to buy a new washing machine or to repair the old one. Debuting a new machine has additional hassles in addition to cost such as removing the old one through a window and getting a new one, through the same snug window and setting it up. Thankfully Dial Appliance successfully repaired the old machine and it is running “like” new.

They came quickly, u no restore problem with my exhaust fan, ordered the part and returned to fix the issue as soon as the part came in. Excellent service , very professional, and nice people to work with!

The original installers (from a different company) did not the door properly. The service agent meticulously aligned and fixed the door. Loved the attention to. Detail.

WASTED 4 WEEKS ON FAILED OVEN REPAIR: Technician diagnosed the issue as a thermocouple repair, then we spent 4 weeks waiting for the part and repair job. But after the installation, the oven was still not fixed, then ultimately Dial Appliance told us they couldn't fix it and we should contact Bosch. So now we are 4+ weeks without an oven, and while they refunded us partially, they did not refund the $136 service call fee, which should have gone towards the repair fee since we agreed to the repair, but then they weren't able to do the repair. I don't normally write negative reviews but this was truly a 1-star experience unfortunately, as we paid for wasted time and misinformation.

My family and I really appreciate the professionalism and care that Dial Appliances showed us. They gave us a quote after doing a thorough check-up on our appliances. We needed a quote at a good price and followed up with more assistance. Thanks so much! Will recommend highly!

Dial Appliance fixed my brand new Frigidaire professional refrigerator in 3 days when Dependable Appliance couldn't make the repair in 3 months. Dial diagnosed my problem and ordered the right part. A few days later a technician showed up with that part(the right part), unlike Dependable that showed up with a stove part after two months. The Technician entered my home, from Dial, went right to work and completed the repair in minutes. My refrigerator is still working today as it did when we first turned it on.
