Russell diagnosed and fixed the problem within roughly an hour after arriving. Called around 10am for an emergency fix (our ref/freezer stopped cooling and everything inside started to thaw!), and less than 3 hours later, I heard the doorbell. Luckily our problem wasn’t major (broken fan), and Russell had the replacement part handy in his truck. He kept our kitchen clean and neatly took all the food out of the freezer. The cost of the service plus fees was less than a quarter of what we’d have to pay if we were naive enough to buy a new fridge altogether. Surely, this was also more affordable than getting the fridge repaired by the manufacturer themselves (also would’ve taken two business days). 10/10 would recommend! Excellent turnaround time, reasonable prices, very punctual, very knowledgeable, and straight to the point. Thanks Russell!

Russell was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient in solving the problems I was having with my Viking range and oven. He was able to diagnose and fix everything in a single visit. He came prepared with all of necessary parts which made all the difference. I hopefully will not need any further repairs anytime soon, but if I do I’d call Russell again for help!

The engineer, Russell, was able to diagnose the issue, have the part required ordered and then replaced the faulty part of the fridge all within a week. Russell was friendly and knowledgable. A+ experience all round.

My husband and I returned from a trip to find our refrigerator DOA. Called NY Refrigerator Specialists in NYC and was immediately given an appointment the next day! Our repair technician, Russell, was wonderful. He addressed our repair immediately and found out that it was a thermostat issue. Even though our refrigerator was old, he assured us that he could repair it and that it was worth it to be fixed. We were so happy to hear and glad that it was repairable. Russell was friendly, honest, hard working and lovely to deal with. I highly recommend!

I had a very satisfactory experience with Russell. He was punctual and knowledgeable diagnosing the problem with the stove quickly. He had to change an igniter and said would not charge me if it was not the correct fix. Offered a generous discount as there was a 2nd repair for the broiler. Called in the morning and they were able to come out on same day in the late afternoon on a Saturday to take a look at my fridge. Technician Russell was able to fix the problem (replaced fan - part is $20); including part and labor (around .5 hr) the total was $250 (pay cash if you can, it saves you because there is a fee when paying by card). honestly don't know if that is a good price or not but the issue was fixed and quickly. There is also a 90 day warranty for the parts and labor for performed services so that's good. He did explain things well and answered my questions so I am happy. Thanks for the help Russell!

Russell was great! He was on time, had the problem with our Viking oven figured out within 5 minutes and had it repaired within 20 minutes. It was great that van carries parts so he was able to fix it on the spot and it was a fair price. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the service this company provided. They sent a repairman the same day to fix the problem with my Bertazzoni stove after I explained that the oven did not stay on. We had a great experience with Russel who actually came to my work to fix some appliances we were having issues with, which saved us thousands before having to replace an entire Viking stove. They were quick, here next day, and efficient. I am very happy with their quality of work, and the price point.

Our Sub-zero refrigerator has been around for 12 years and suddenly the fridge stopped being cool inside. I called the Appliance Repair Group to schedule a time and date and the following day Mike came to repair our refrigerator and added some cleaning to the coils which was super dirty. In the end he did a great job in fixing our refrigerator highly recommended.

Russell was just wonderful in fixing the problem I had with my LG stove. He did a fabulous job and was so kind and courteous that I would recommend hiring him anytime. I’m very satisfied with the job he did and will be using this company again for sure.
