I always call Appliance repair group and always ask for technicial Russell. He is awesome, extremely knowledgable, and very thourough. This guy can fix anything, stove, frig, freezer, wash mach, you name it. Awesome work at a fair price! Finds the problem and solves it.

Answered my email quickly and sent a service person the same day. Russell was so nice and worked so quickly. My oven was fixed much faster than expected. Couldn't be happier. First class from start to finish.

Russell was very respectful and professional. Pilot replacement for range, stove was back on in 30 minutes. I didn't shop around so I can't compare prices, however I still highly recommend.

First-rate service. I rang at about 9.30am for service of a broken oven door of my Viking range. The repairman, Russell arrived just after 11am. He diagnosed the issue immediately and even had all necessary parts with him. He also replaced another part on the stove, which was faulty. I was particularly impressed that he explained the issues in detail. Very friendly and helpful. I recommend him very highly.

The technician, Russell, arrived with the appointment window, which is not an easy thing to accomplish in Manhattan. He quickly diagnosed the problem, he had the part with him, we discussed the details over the phone and I pre-approved the cost estimate. Upon replacing the part, Russell, tested it, and confirmed that all of the other elements of the 25 yo Viking stove were in good working order. He called back to say that the Job was completed and I gave him my credit card details for the charges. He texted me back confirmation of the credit card charges and he texted me a copy of the bill.

I highly recommend this company and the technician for their communication skills, professionalism and appliance repair expertise.

Russell was great. After a phone call that clearly laid out the process, charges, and protocol, Russell came the next day, quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it with a reasonably priced part. Would hire again without a doubt.

I purchased an older Viking stove where the oven thermostat and the igniters for the stovetop didn’t work. I called over and Russell came out immediately to assess and begin the work, he was not only professional, but gave me the opportunity to really consider whether or not I genuinely wanted to fix it considering the stove’s age and the repair cost. He also notified me that the hinges needed to be replaced for the oven door. He gave me all his recommendations and we decided to move forward. The parts were ordered and he returned promptly to do the fix. He was not only prompt, but very clean in completing the work and professional. It was honestly costly to fix, but the Viking brand’s parts are simply expensive. I look forward to 20 years with my tank of a stove and would absolutely refer anyone to this company who wants to maintain their investment.

This is the 2nd time I used this company in the last few months and both times were a success! I spoke to Sal early Saturday & he was able to send Russel the same day . Russel was prompt , friendly & immediately saw how to solve the issue with our Maytag refrigerator door - which was not closing due to hinge issues .He had the required tools & completed the job within 15 minutes . Honest, ethical people! I explained our problem and Sal said "not worth it. It would cost you more to repair than get a new one." Most places would charge you to come out and then let you know. They seem entirely trustworthy, and given the other five-star reviews, this seems like the ones to use.
