Fast service, reasonable price.

I used Best Service for the diagnosis of a problem with my Whirlpool Duet washing machine. It was giving me an error code that indicated an issue with the drain. Igor came in person to diagnose the problem (a $100 fee) and give me an estimate to replace the drain pump of $400-$450. He came back with the part a week later, and brought another man with him because my units are stacked. The parts and labor ended up totaling $400 which was within the estimate. For both visits, Igor gave me a time window, and I asked him to call when he was 30 min away which he also did. I would definitely use this company again because of the ease of scheduling and their professionalism.

Repairman came to my apartment within the window given and he was great despite having to walk up 4 flights of stairs twice. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the refrigerator quickly. I would recommend this company.

Been using Best Service for nearly 20 years. From appliance installation and repair to retrofitting my home and my office with new ductless a/c systems. The responsiveness, punctuality and quality of work has always been top notch, consistent and reasonably priced. You'd want to have these guys on your speed dial.

We recently used Best Service to repair our Subzero refrigerator.They were responsive and able to diagnose the problem immediately. They put a rush order on the part we needed and were able to install it the same day it arrived. They were courteous, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve used this company a couple of times over the past few years. The technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. My schedule is hard to coordinate and the office manager is always very helpful in making sure we could find a time to make it work for me. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this company. I was quoted $320 just to replace a simple hose on my dishwasher-an absurd price considering a brand new dishwasher costs around $400. This kind of pricing feels completely unreasonable and predatory. Instead of a fair repair cost, I was essentially encouraged to just buy a new appliance. I expect honest, transparent and reasonable pricing from a service provider, and this was anything but. If you are looking for fair rates, I'd suggest looking elsewhere! In addition, I paid the technician $100 for the service call. RIDICULOUS!!!

The worst customer service ever. My management company hired this company to fix my dishwasher a few weeks ago. A very rude customer service person from this company called informing me that the management company didn’t pay the bill. I reverted back to my building management and they said the payment was processing in due course. The customer service person from the company was extremely rude and was threatening legal action. This is a business that harasses tenants when they should be contacting building managements/landlords etc. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend them. Avoid at all costs.

Very experienced technician, knows his stuff.

The entire experience was wonderful. Easy to book online, quick availability, and excellent communication after booking/prior to appointment. The technician, Ed, was friendly and knowledgeable, brought the part he thought he’d need (and was correct) just in case, showed up on time, explained the costs and work PRIOR to starting work and completed the job efficiently. The entire process was well- organized and drama free.

I had an excellent experience with this appliance repair service. I called them at 10 AM today regarding a stove issue at my tenant's apartment, and by 1 PM, a technician was already on-site and ready to go. The technician was not only prompt but also professional, efficiently diagnosing and repairing the stove. My tenant was especially pleased with how quickly her concerns were addressed on the same day. I truly appreciate the quick response and high-quality service, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of appliance repairs. Great job!

As a real estate professional I encounter plenty of issues with appliances, and repair companies in NYC area can be hit or miss. Best Service Appliance Repair is probably the best I have dealth with, and Maxim is definitely the best repairman/technician I have ever dealt with. His knowledge, expertise, and efficiency are apparent no matter how big or small the job is. Their service call fee is fair, and they deduct that amount if it becomes a big job and they need to come back with parts or to do more work. Scheduling is always easy, and everyone involved with the company is respectful and nice to deal with.

Had a refrigerator issue and needed help to fix. Highly recommend Russell. Called me prior to tell me when he expected to arrived. He was quick to diagnose the problem, had the parts in his car, and was able to fix right away. As the parts were being replaced, he also patiently explain every step and showed me the parts being replaced. Great technician for repair!

Appliance Repair Group is the best repair service I have ever found. I've used them for both my refrigerator and stove, so far. Yesterday was the stove. Most repair companies come onsite to evaluate the issue, then they have to order parts if necessary and return later. The Appliance Repair Group technicians come with the intent to repair on the first visit if possible. They carry lots of parts with them that might be needed. I've had them here 3 times for different issues, and they were able to repair them all on the first visit. Yesterday, the technician luckily had an extra inductor with him that needed to be replaced in a burner unit, which saved me lots of money, because otherwise, he would have had to order an entire new burner assembly. The technicians are respectful, take time to do a thorough job, and clean up.
