Everybody was great from the people I spoke with on the phone to the gentleman they sent here to repair my refrigerator door, very professional, and the worker was neat and clean

Very friendly and efficient in scheduling my Midea unit repair, and the technician arrived on-time (calling shortly before arrival to confirm I was home), did a great job, brought his own shoe covers, and pet my cat. Very pleasant experience.

Honest and professional… my fridge couldn’t be fixed and instead of trying to soak me for money, they were honest and told me that it couldn’t be fixed. I have recommended them to my family members.

Abysmal service. Took a dishwasher with a minor issue and broke it to the point that it became unusable and then said that we’d be waiting 3-5 business days for them to order a part after waiting for management approval. Couldn’t recommend them any less.

Baking ignitor needed to be replaced on my old Caloric stove so I called Dial Appliance Service, and all went well from the phone call to set the appointment to Max the technician who was punctual, and professional. Highly recommended.

Consistently excellent service, follow-up, scheduling. We've worked with them on a dozen different issues at our place, in conjunction with our landlord, and we couldn't recommend Dial Appliance more.

Our Samsung refrigerator was leaking out water from the Filter Chamber and also we had problem with the Ice Maker. Not ice for over a month or so. The minute we call D.A.S, they send out the technician right away and came in within 20 minutes, view the problem or issue and within the next 5 or 6 days the problem was solved. Very professional technician, knew what he was doing and solve both problems at once. Amazing job over all. Very thankful to locate the Company and for their effort in calling back to let you know the status of when the technician will be arriving. A+ on that. Now we have ice like no tomorrow. Lol. Also, a new Water Filter Chamber was put in. We highly recommend this company

The tiny part I needed for my microwave was on back order in Italy. 🇮🇹 I thought I would never actually get it. But lo and behold, Dial called me one day to say they'd be over to install the part. And they did!

Horrible attitude, my over overheated and door exploded and they won’t replace the temperature gage. They are not honest, are condescending rude. Igor supervisor hung up on me. I am a very good communicator, don’t recommend them at all.

Making the appointment with the office staff pleasant and efficient. Our repairman Steve was very professional and very easy to speak with. He very quickly diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator ice maker. Highly recommend.

I had a warranty visit for an Electrolux low-profile microwave that was making too much noise in exhaust mode. The technician reported that he fixed the problem, but he never did any repairs. When I questioned his report, he said, “That was normal operational noise.” Not trustworthy. Waste of time. Very unprofessional.

Fast, efficient, and friendly! Max called approximately 15 minutes before he arrived, and showed up early in the appointment window. He was friendly, prepared, and got right to work - he was in and out of my apartment in less than 20 minutes with the issue explained and fixed. Highly recommend!!!

Repair man was pleasant and although he said the correct piece had not been sent he was able to make repair so u was happy. Said if any issues to call and would replace part

My experience from the moment I made the appointment for the repair was great the person I spoke to was very professional and so was the repair man that came to fix the problem. There was a broken container that hangs from one of the shelves in the refrigerator and the repair man told me he was going to order a replacement but it never came in and I'm still waiting for it.
