Fixity was the designated company used by our warranty service. Andrei had to come out twice to resolve our issue due to needing to order the correct part. Both times, he arrived promptly and was very efficient. Would recommend anytime.

Excellent Fridge Repair Service*
I had an issue with my fridge not cooling properly, and the technician came the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the problem. The repair was done efficiently, and the fridge is now working like new. Pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable appliance repair!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY-IS SHOULD BE CALLED BREAKITY APPLIANCE!!!!!!!!!!
We have an extended warranty service contract for our Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer with Assurant. Our freezer stopped working but the refrigerator was fine. Assurant sent Fixity to "fix" it. They put the new freezer compressor onto the refrigerator side by mistake and by doing that they broke ALL of the refrigerator pipes and parts. Therefore, not only did they not fix the freezer, but they broke the refrigerator! They destroyed the refrigerator unit and in order to fix it, it needs to be entirely rebuilt costing approximately $7,000 and we still need a new compressor for the freezer. THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPANY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS.

I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for a refrigerator repair. P.C. Richards uses this company for service so I am stuck using this business. They will not answer the phone or give updates about when they will be able to fix the refrigerator. If you want your appliances repaired in under a month I recommend using anyone else.

Kudos for Kirill and Fixity. PC Richards assigned Fixity to my broken dishwasher. Not only did Kirill fix the original problem he fixed other issues with the washer (missing a spring that caused door alignment issues) and now it works like new. Great job and thank you.

Had a great experience with Fixity today. We had an appointment window from 2 to 6. Andrew showed up shortly after 2. He repaired our dishwasher in less than an hour (pump needed to be replaced) and left everything super clean. Very nice and courteous young gentleman. Zero complaints, big kudos, 5 stars!

FIXITY Techs are Great!! I called them early this morning and they immidiately gave me an appointment. They even waited for me for over 30 minutes to let them inside my condo! The Techs asked me what the issue was and then quickly diagnosed & fixed the problem!!

I just purchased a GE stackable washer/dryer back in May from 1 of the big box stores and it started having issues less than 2 months later and still under warranty!

The only way to start the washer was to hold down the lid until it locked. Per the Tech the delivery guys never removed the metal part that keeps the drum from moving around during shipping. Which eventually fell into the drum onto clothes inside the washer.

The washer/dryer was physically moved recently and Tech said whoever moved it did it improperly, which caused the washer lid to get misaligned. Long-story short, they fixed the issues and made sure everything was working properly before they left!

Terrible service. What a joke of a company. The Technician who came didn't give us a name, parked his truck on my lawn leaving ruts, tech had my washer propped against the wall scratching the paint. Tech made our entire house smell horrendous he also left heavy broken parts that he replaced for my pregnant wife to throw out. Called to ask about these issues and was given an attitude by someone I could barely understand. Will be tell home depot and the BBB that this company needs to not be doing service

Fixity appliance is my ‘go to’ appliance repair shop after coming across them a year ago with a kitchenaid dishwasher repair. Sasha was the technician that came out and diagnosed it correctly after another company failed to diagnose and fix the issue at hand. Sasha is respectful and a professional technician. He is mindful of the cleanliness of his work. He had my dishwasher all taken apart in about 15 minutes flipped sideways and was quick to keep everything dry and clean during the dishwasher repair.
Today 4/22/2024 a month later after the dishwasher repair my oven had a broken glass issue inside the door. Sasha had that fixed in about 10 minutes and made sure the door worked and everything was lined up correctly.

Update 5/29/2024 new service with the big burner on my $3,200 oven. The top gas burner was not igniting and Sasha once again diagnosed it properly and ordered correct parts. Works like a charm now!
