They were contracted thru Sears who uses them as a 3rd party. They came to repair a drain pump on Kenmore Washer. They replaced it with a part not made for that machine, It broke in 1 day. Repairman came back empty handed to determine that he needed to order a new pump. That was 9 days ago. You can't get them on the phone. All you get is a tape. They are by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. I put Sears right up there with them for using them in the first place.

Update September30, 2021-My refrigerator is still not fixed afer 3-months! I am so fed-up with the unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism If I could post a review with less than 1-star I would,

Update September 10, 2021-I have an ongoing repair for my refrigerator with this company snce the begining of July (2021). On the original service call I received 7-text messaes to comfirm the service call during the week prior to the call. On the day of the service call no one came!! When i reached out to them I could only leave a voice message to which they never responded. When they finally arrived for the service call on July 16, 2021the technician spent 20-minutes in my home and stated he would have to order parts which would be shipped directly to my home. When I received a small box I tried to contact them to install and have been unable to. At this point I spent another 5 1/2 hours on hold trying to contact Sears, when I finally spoke with a person I was told additional parts were ordered on August 13, 2021 without any notification to me. Two day ago a voice message was left on my phone to contact them about my ongoing and still not completed repair. I called back the next day at the same time and number of course I had to leave a message that as of this time has not been responded to. This company has also contacted us at very odd times as we have received phone calls on Sundays with no update on parts or service. Clearly customer service is on this company's lowest priority list!!! This refrigerator is only 1-year old and I plan to continue to update my review until I receive some form of satisfaction either repair or replacement. Had this company responded to me in a timely and informative fashion this review could have been avoided!! I have been without a refrigerator for 3-months and counting and have never experienced so much frustration in my life!!

Update August 17 2021-I have left yet another message on the Iskander message machine today hoping for a responsive!! I have receive parts for my repair but have no way of knowing if I have received all of the necessary parts. What's more frustrating having a broken refidgerator or having the parts to repair the refridgerator and not being able to schedule an appointment for installation of these parts?

Update August 16, 2021- beleive it or not after 6-weeks i am still waiting for my refridgerator to be fixed, Today I received parts for the repair, but I have no way of knowing if I have received everything for the repair as I was never given a list of what was ordered! I left 2-messages with the answering service with no response and also spent 2 1/2 on hold for Sears who never picked up! This refridgerator is only 1-year old at this point I just want Sears to refund my money so I can purchase a more reliable refridgerator no sane person should have to go through this it's almost 2-months since it broke I am so done with this

When my sears refrigerator stopped working service was arranged with this company through my sears exrtended warranty after receiveing 7-text messages to confirm my appointment no one ever showed up! When I called to confirm they were still coming my call went straight to voice mail with no return call this is not only inconsiderate but also not professional I left 3-separate messages there is no option to speak with a live person I do understand delays due to COVID speaking to a live person would have avoided this review..

to make matters worse if not already bad enough this company responds to me with yet another phone number but on this one it is not possible to leave a message think very carefully before using them.

update: I believe the response by the owner is an attempt to put a positive spin on a situation that went bad after several attempts to call the number below I give up!!

I would suggest anyone who is interested in using this company to call the number below given by the owner to see if anyone responds to your request. Having a major appliance go down is bad but being left in the dark hanging by a repair company is even worse

Shon and Cate are a really thoughtful and reliable team. It’s hard to find credible services but I felt they were really responsive. No issues at all and highly recommend.

All I could say, THE BEST....The technician FREDDY was prompt, professional, quick, and knows what he's doing! THANK YOU. Quick history on my refrigerator, I first called SEARS..They said it was the fan, tech came out put it in, it did not work,he said it need to be in 24 hrs. Untop of that the tech was very disrespectful , unprofessional and had a nasty attitude. I told Sears I don't want that tech back in my home and Isklander tech appeared, found out the problem,ordered the parts,came today and the fridge is now working beautiful due to FREDDY professional knowledge on repairing . I wish Appliance Repair By Iskander Services INC was my first call. I had an issue with my thermador over for about a week. Thermador told me it would take a month to see me and could not ensure my oven would be fixed with the first visit. I called other places in the meantime that were dismissive, rude and couldn't help me for weeks. I came across Appliance Repair By Iskander Services INC on a search and emailed because it was after hours when I called. The tech got back to me right away and had a wonderful tech, at my door the next morning. Fast, knowledgeable and so very kind! Thank you!

Worst customer service ever. Came out to diagnose my broken oven, ordered the part, scheduled the repair, then called last minute either the morning of or the evening before to cancel the appointment, told me “I’ll call you back” to reschedule and never would call me back. This company was hired as a third party contract thru Service line, who was fantastic to deal with when Iskander services was not doing the work they had promised to do. The man from the company called to reschedule a 3rd scheduled appointment (and actually said the words “I promise you we will fix it on Monday” and his technician never showed up, again. 3 weeks in a row same shenanigans, and I’m a single mom with kids and thanksgiving is next week and I have had a broken oven waiting for this contracted company to fix it for over 3 weeks and they ghost me and railroad me every time they are supposed to do the work

I love this service because it is fast and affordable. Appliance repair is essential for my family and I know that I can rely on Iskander Services to fix my appliances in a timely manner. We hired Iskander to fix our clothes dryer. It was running, but it would not heat up for some reason. The repair technician was quickly able to determine that we had a faulty thermal fuse. I cannot speak highly enough of Appliance Repair By Iskander Services INC! When my washer stopped working this morning, I called them and explained what was wrong. Tech said it sounded like a drain pump and then he performed a diagnostic evaluation, replaced the drain pump, cleaned all of the hoses, and it now works perfectly! This guy was extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable… I could go on! I strongly recommend this appliance repair service near me for any repairs you may need.

Techs were courteous and prompt. They repaired my refrigerator's ice maker and replaced the water lines. The price was more than reasonable, and they were quick and efficient. I called Iskander for service on our clothes dryer.They told me it would be about two hours for the technician to arrive.Benny L. arrived exactly on time and did a great job fixing the dryer at a very reasonable price. He cleaned up after himself,was knowledgeable and very polite.

Andrew replaced my LG refrigerator door and did an excellent job. He was very careful and efficient with the install. He called to let me know the time he would show up and was right on schedule. There's nothing worse than sitting around all day waiting for a contractor. I highly recommend this business and especially Andrew. Thanks again!!!

Id ask for Dima. Dima installed most of my appliances when I moved in. He was super efficient and made sure everything was running perfectly. Highly recommend him for any appliance install needs. Good price too.
