Matt Clark actually picked up on the first ring, came out, and worked tirelessly to diagnose the problem. He then braved an hour-long round trip to fetch our replacement part, returning just after 9pm. The next two hours were spent troubleshooting again - he didn't leave until we had AC working. The guy was consummate professional, courteous, and put in way more effort than needed. As new homeowners, we're sticking with Clark's for all our heat and air needs from now on.

Worst experience with a home heating system. Had the whole thing fail on us, and they sent Dave out to fix it. Turns out the circulation pump was bad - no surprise there. Paid their $100 service fee upfront, expecting them to come back with parts. But no show after three days. We ended up hiring another company to fix the issue, which turned out to be an air lock that just needed releasing. The only thing Hendricks did right was not coming back. Now we're dealing with the hassle of filing a theft charge and contacting our credit card company because they won't refund our service fee. Not impressed - definitely not trustworthy.
