Very responsive and communicative. Did not charge extra for being sent to wrong location initially. Price was a bit steep but it was after hours and they worked quickly to solve the issue, so I really appreciated that. Plumber was also very friendly

I had a heavily leaking toilet . I called late in the evening and they had someone come out right away. The guy was very professional and fixed the problem in no time. The price was reasonable too for an emergency call! . I will be using them again in the future. They deserve 5 stars for sure !!!

Awesome job. The hot water heater was installed perfeclty and quickly. The only drawback is they are more expensive than any other plumbers.

NonStop did great work on one of our toilets and sent someone same-day which was pretty life-saving. The plumber was amazing -- friendly, articulate and speedy - making for an ideal customer service. My one issue was price...we never got an estimate and the invoice gave us major sticker shock. Note that we know very little about plumbing so this huge price could be par for the course but it really put a dent in our monthly budget.

They have been the most incompetent plumber or vendor I have ever used in my 15 years of building management experience. They charge $350 an hour which is significantly more expensive than market rate. They called me 13 times in 1 hour for meaningless nonsense and then threated to put a lein on my property if I didn't pay within 24 hours which is not sandard practice whatsoever. No service was actually rendered so they just charged me $700 to knock on 6 doors and call me 13 times for phone numbers which they already had. Save your self the time and money.

EDIT: After I posted this review the owner proceeded to try and extort me I just received this message:
"Because you posted the review, we gave you a 15% discount and waived the first day’s charge. If you cancel the service, we will remove the 15% discount and add one hour’s charge $350 for the cancellation day. If you remove the review, we will keep the discount and the waived first day as-is. Please let us know which option you choose."

Unprofessional. I offered to pay the full amount initially anyway. Disappointing...

Non-stop plumbers are my first choice whenever I encounter plumbing issues. They treat every problem as an emergency and usually provide the best pricing available and onsite mainly in the hour. I’ve been using them for all my properties, and I highly recommend them.

Edit: offered $150 off to remove my bad review. In total they charged $1k to not even come close to solving the problem. I have many units around the city and have never been ripped off so badly. Instead of recognizing their poor performance they threatened to put a lien on my property if I didn’t pay right away.

Azdra and her team seemed very professional at first.  But in the end, they charged us $1500 for a simple $200 repair, which took less than an hour to complete.  They never gave us an estimate and refused to offer an itemized invoice.  They threatened to put a lien on our building when we objected.  The repair they did failed within days and we were so disillusioned with their aggression and dishonesty we hired someone else to redo it…for a fraction of what they charged. They are insulting and threatening and we are planning to see them in civil court.

Save yourself a headache and avoid Nonstop Plumbers at all costs.

This company was referred by my co-op's management company. I called and the woman on the phone was friendly and sent me a text message so that I could provide details of the plumbing issue (active leak under kitchen sink). A plumber, Alex, was already in the building and was able to come w/in the hour. They replaced the kitchen strainer and under sink pipes. The work looked good - but noticed later that there was still a small leak. I sent an evening text and received a timely response. Alex came by the next morning to check and tighten. A week later - no leak and everything works well. I was charged over $500 dollars - and experienced sticker shock - truthfully. When the estimate was provided - Alex was already there so continued with service. I have not had a need for a plumber in years since owning my apt so must admit I found the price steep - but have little to compare it to. I will say, the service was timely, interactions with Alex and staff pleasant and professional and am satisfied with the work, to date. Thank you.

I had an excellent experience with NonStop Plumbers. I originally received a quote before the government shutdown and asked them to hold it while my renovation was paused. They were extremely accommodating and even extended the quote beyond the usual 30 days.

Once everything resumed, I paid my deposit and received my permit by email before the work began—something many dishonest plumbers try to avoid. The team arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work with outstanding skill. Their workmanship was neat, professional, and they left the area spotless.

Our water heater was leaking, and we called Nonstop Plumbers Corp. They were incredibly responsive and had availability the same day we needed help. The technician, Miguel Alzate, arrived right on time and was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
