They gave me control to turn off the toilet locally instead of turning off the water to the whole building. They also helped install a bidet attachment. Great work and super fast, great group of guys highly recommended.

This is the 3rd time I deal with Benj Plumbing, a great service, right on time, very professional plumbers, highly recommended! Ken did a great job. He was very kind, polite, helpful.

Clogged main drain on a Friday night. Called at 8:00am. Saturday morning, the plumber was here by 8:30am. Very professional, quick, courteous and honest. Diagnosed the problem and had us working again quickly. Definitely I will use them again for all my needs and will recommend Benj plumbing to all in need of plumbing services.

Kenny was great! Very professional. Called ahead to say he was on his way and arrived at the expected time. Diagnosed the problem. Explained the repair and the cost before starting the work. Finished when predicted and then reviewed everything before leaving to make sure the problem was resolved.

Amazing service. Completely satisfied. Timmy and Kenny were so polite, noiseless (while my 1 year old was asleep) and respectful. Called them to install my washing machine, did a great job. With all those rusty old pipes we had in our bathroom, i was afraid they will break in their hands.

Scheduling with them went easy, taking account that we live in New York City, showed up same day.

This was the third company I called that Friday, best price given - got the job done.

Last but not least, I found the area cleaner then it was.

Josh was absolutely amazing. He empathized with our situation and urgently rectified the matter. He told us in detail every step of what he was doing and walked us through what to do if a problem should arise in the future. I am satisfied with the work and would highly recommend A Good Plumber!!!!

Charged my uninformed brother $2100 for thermocouple and gas value replacement for our water heater during normal business hours. 1.5hrs of work.

No part of what you said justified charging 3x what an honest company would charge. What you did is taking advantage of someone that needed help. When you find your conscience and want to do what's right, give us a call.

Had a late Friday night issue with my water heater. Thought I'd have cold water until Monday afternoon. Called A Good Plumber at 8:00am on Saturday. Warren came by to fix this issue by 10:30am on Saturday. Couldn't have asked for more.

Josh Girouard and his team of plumbers saved me thousands of dollars by identifying a leak without tearing open walls which I thought might have had to happen. Curteous and knowledgeable in his craft. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Thanks Josh and company. A Good Plumber is my choice for plumbing work from now on.

Can't say enough great things about AGP. Strong communications from beginning to end. Got the job done on time, on budget. Very easy/professional to work with for remote owner and very courteous with our tenant. Highly recommend Bill and Thomas!

A Good Plumber does very good work.They are clean,efficient and know their stuff. Unfortunately, I would not hire them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone,especially my customers. They are extremely expensive and (what I observed )take advantage of women by being over cordial. A 2o minute job which cost $20 in parts cost my customer well over $500. Then, if that wasn't enough overpricing he went looking around and suggesting that more expensive work be performed. Bottom line, get two or three estimates before hiring anyone specially over charismatic workers.

5 stars for sure for Josh & Yosef from A Good Plumber!!! They took great care of me & fixed my kitchen sink leak. Not sure what I would have done without them. I highly recommend them AND A Good Plumber without hesitation. What truly impressed me was that I received a text prior to their arrival with Josh’s bio!! What other plumber does that??? None!

My technician, Josh, was fantastic. He brought 20 years of experience to the project and knew what risks could also be at play just by looking at the fixtures in the bathroom of my Victorian-era home. My father is starting to have some memory issues and kept asking Josh the same questions, but he was incredibly patient with him and re-explained what was going on throughout the entire time they were here. Even though tons of tile and wall had to come down to complete the project, Josh and his partner left the place completely spotless in both days. I would definitely use Good Plumber and Josh again for any project I might have in the future.
