We have been very pleased with the work done by A Good Plumber. We first worked with them a few years ago when our gas line needed inspection and now have called them in to handle some additional repairs. Josh was very professional, knowledgeable, able to explain each step and recommend the best remedies for the issues encountered. Very neat, timely and considerate - highly recommend!

Mauricio and his team came out on short notice to take a look at our situation. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about procedure, and candid about the unknowns. He was thorough in his explanations and very helpful in answering questions. Although the problem couldn’t be fixed in the same job due to complications, he had let us know about next steps clearly so that what came after wasn’t a surprise.

Thomas came in and educated us on everything we needed to know about the types of pipes and valves needed in our basement. Then, he did a full inspection and identified potential problems for the future. He was very polite, honest, straightforward, knowledgeable and patient for the duration of his visit. Excited for the work to be done for the water pressure moving forward!

For the past few years we have used A Good Plumber. We are an older couple living in a one hundred year old house, and plumbing issues come up occasionally.
Every time we called A Good Plumber our call was returned promptly and technicians were sent to our house as soon as possible. Tommy and his team were professional, courteous, competent, and respectful of our property. They worked until the job was done and left the affected area clean and tidy.
Recently they went above and beyond to address a plumbing problem in our upstairs bathroom. They installed a new toilet immediately because my husband and I both have medical issues which make this a necessity. Tommy has always gone out of his way to be helpful and compassionate.

Mauricio and partner did an excellent job. Mauricio detected corrosion in the pipes under the bathroom sink and quickly replaced all the pipes. They also did maintenance on my heating system.

Josh from A Good Plumber did an excellent job fixing my tub and kitchen faucet, replacing faulty work we had gotten done previously. He was prompt, professional, and had everything working perfectly in no time. I highly recommend A Good Plumber, they were very easy to work with

I had Josh and Yosef come today and they went above and beyond helping me replace 2 sink drains and auguring one of my toilets. Josh really took the time to explain what they were doing and how my problem started as well as what I needed to report to my management company about any problems coming from the building.

I did feel that the price was very expensive for the amount of work I required but their work really spoke for itself.

I was incredibly impressed with they entire companies professionalism and the plumbers skill and would definitely recommend to others. Josh and Yosef get a big 5 stars from me.

A good plumber was extremely professional, courteous, and competent. Would definitely recommend their services. The only criticism I have is the upselling that is part of the inspection service they provide as part of a call. That being said, since it’s not necessary to act on the upsell, it can be helpful to learn of issues one might want to address on one’s own schedule.

We had a leaky hot water heater, and it threatened to ruin our boiler too. Tom, and a helper, came 1st thing next morning. Within a few hours the hot water heater was replaced, and service was done on our boiler. Now we have hot water and our house is warm and cozy. As the weather is getting colder, this could have been a disaster, but not with 'A Good Plumber' on the job 😀 Thank You, Thomas!
