Eli and his team are very professional. Our main water pipe had a leak and then something broke there. We didn't have water coming to the house. They came in and fixed everything the next day. They changed the old pipes all the way to the street. They explained everything to us. We are very satisfied and would recommend their services any time.

This team of professionals did an excellent job installing my water main.They treaties my home with respect.Showed up on time as they said.Cleaned the work area and my basement as if it didn't t happen.Eli I thank you again. 6 stars I give to this company.

Main Man Water Works was a great recommendation from the AWR program. The company was quick to reach out shortly after assignment and ready and willing to schedule a session with me. Eli was a great help throughout the process. Eli and his team were punctual and made sure to communicate status with me throughout the time. After the repair was done the team made sure to clean up and ensured that the water was working throughout the home. It was a great pleasure to receive repair services from this company and I highly recommend for others in need.

I used this company in January to fix a pipe and to replace it. They were super professional and did a fantastic job! They were very quick and obviously had the experience to do the job properly. It has been six months and I have had no problems. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with Main Man Water Main and Sewer! They were professional, punctual, and really knew what they were doing. I had a serious sewer line issue, and they diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything clearly.
The work was done efficiently and neatly, and they even followed up to make sure everything was still running smoothly. It's hard to find reliable service these days, but this team truly delivered.

Excellent customer service,, the permits and was completed with no deviations or delays. Also left the job site as the found it! We had to replace led water pipes from the home out to the street. They even offered to assist with insurance claim documentation. Worth every penny paid! .

I recently found out I had a damaged sewer line in front of my house.
I found a few companies and decided to go with Main Man Water Main and Sewer Repair.
From the very beginning Ely , who I met with to go over the project, was so helpful and caring by telling me everything that would happen along the way. He gave the best estimate. This eased my mind.
David Reyes who led the team was so kind, respectful and very professional.
He kept me informed throughout all of it.
He really was not only a great worker but person also. I am so thankful I went with this company because it made a very hard situation so much better. When the job was completed they cleaned up everything and went above and beyond to ensure the front of my home looked like new.
I recommend Main Man Water Main company to anyone and everyone having to repair or replace your water and sewer problems.

I chose Main Man after seeing them fix my neighbor’s water main - they were very quick and left no traces. Looks like our many decades old lead water main cracked when the gas line was replaced. The process with Main Man couldn’t have been smoother, quick visit, proposal (which was over 1000$ less than the two others I got), Zelle down payment and a few days later everything was fixed. Took them only 5 hours and they cleaned up nicely afterwards. I hope not to do business with them again anytime soon, but if I do have a problem, I will 100% choose Main Man.

David and his crew were incredibly efficient and friendly. They completed the job in less than five hours, which was truly impressive. Great job, fellas! I highly recommend their services—definitely a five-star experience!

Immediately got a response back when we reached out to get a quote. Main Man Water gave us the best quote amongst the licensed plumbers that we reached out too. Other plumbers estimated that this project would take about 3 days to complete but David & crew was able replace the damaged sewer pipe within a few hours. Repairing the road did take the rest of the day but that was due to the DEP inspector being late.

Main Man provided clean, professional service to repair our sewer lateral (in & outside of the clean-out box without damaging the box itself). Our stoop was undamaged, the front & cellar concrete was cleanly replaced. Most importantly the sewer is flowing smoothly again without backpitch OR pipe corrosion. Grateful for the introduction to Eli and his crew. Price was fair and all inclusive. Thanks Main Man !

TLDR: Job=replace lead water main residential, Quick response to inquiry, Fast and safe work, great communication, VERY clean, competitive price for a big job (which they make look so easy)

After searching for a plumber to replace my water main because of a notice from DEP I found Main Man Water Works. (After calling several different companies which came and wanted to either do a partial quick fix or the one company that literally said our prices start at $32K 😳) I was hesitant at first because Scott initiated the estimate through text messages and requested photos (I’m used to having the plumber come to the house and give a quote). I sent him the photos, he gave me a price but before I paid any deposit I told him I wanted to talk on the phone first. We spoke on the phone and he explained the whole process from start to finish. He gets the permits from DEP and DOT (once he has them he sends you the copies) I send the deposit. Then he schedules the guys to come out. He said it would take 2 days, they finished in 1 day. The entire crew was about 7 guys they arrived earlier than expected and went straight to work. I stayed to watch and the supervisor David answered all of my questions throughout the work. Afterwards we checked the water, no leaks, everything was working. They filled in both holes, repaved the street, cemented the sewer trap where the new line comes in, and even put the bricks for my garden back (looks better than before). For others like me who have hired bad contractors: I highly recommend Main Man if you need to replace your water main, this is a company you pay to do a job and they do the job right the first time.

They arrived on time on the day of and finished within a few hours. Best part was they managed to do everything without damaging my new staircase and fence.
