I had a clogged drain in the back of the house that was backing up into our house anytime there was heavy rain. I called Or, he was here in 20 minutes and didn't leave till the root of the problem was discovered. Turns out there was a blockage at a different trap in the house preventing the water from properly flowing through. Or is quick , friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.

Or did a great job locating the sewer and drain clog. He worked thoroughly to clean the system for us. Highly recommended!!

Or was great and came same day before a big storm to fix the drain in our basement. He was easy to communicate with , super nice and professional and more importantly got a bunch of rocks and plastic out from the drain all in about 30 minutes. Price is reasonable. Hopefully won’t need to call him again but I will if we have more drain issues.

He fixed the toilet SO fast but was also really thorough, testing it several times before he left to make sure everything was really working - which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
