Harris Water Main and Sewer are extremely professional! Kevin was very detailed and helpful in every step of the process in replacing the water main on my building.

Harris Water Main and Sewer made what was a nightmare, no water in the house, for me and my family a dream. It was a big job, tree roots had grown in the water line. They came and assessed the problem and by the next day it was fixed. I'm truly grateful for the service I received both in the office and on the job site. Everyone was patient and professional. Not hoping anyone has to deal with such a problem but If you do I would recommend Harris, hands down!

Workers are illegally working after hours sawing iron pipes (at 4:55am and noise is ongoing now at 5:52am, metal plates are being slammed down, etc. Last night was jackhammering between 7-10pm, drilling at 2am, moving loud backhoe truck sounds,turning on flood lights at 4am as the 2-3 workers occasionally yelled and moved equipment. This is on a quiet residential street in front of 30 East 85th st.
There's nothing critical about this repair (wasn't a water main break) which required such noise during normal sleeping hours. Neighbors I met in the hall earlier also disturbed by the work said they reported it to 311.

Harris company may be good and does better work than other companies but workers aren't adhering to basic work rules and are disrespecting residents. The constant noise was necessary and it appears they got no real work done. I'm pissed your guys kept me up all night which will affect my work taking care of others. They better not continue this into tomorrow.

Had a problem with a leaky water main and Harris was recommended to me I called up, spoke with Brett, who was a real gentleman trying to help me and not have me worry that he would be able to take care of my problem. He had Elvis come to my house within an hour. Elvis came in, looked at the problem and said don’t worry about it we will take care of it phenomenal job thank you Elvis and Brett you guys were unbelievable. Lynn then came in changed the valve and did what he had to do and within a few hours I had water again can’t thank you guys enough you guys gave me a great price. Did a phenomenal job no mess in and out and I felt really comfortable with you guys. Thank you again so much Brett your team Elvis Linden you guys were absolutely unbelievable.

As COVID-19 cases were hitting peak levels in NYC in April, my building’s sewer line collapsed. Sheltering in place with total septic failure is not a fun place to be. Not able to travel to friends or family and with no public alternative available given the lockdown, things were ripe and uncomfortable for my family and the other people living in the building. Harris Water Main and Sewer to the rescue! Soup-to-nuts, these guys got the job done (the soup was nasty). These guys pulled emergency permits and got to work immediately. They worked into the night to get my job done in three days. They worked professionally and safely. These guys really know their stuff. This was no small undertaking and they aced it. I also shopped their quote and they were right in line with the competition. After seeing their work product firsthand, I would use them again in a heartbeat. I hope I never have to!

I very recently had some work done by Harris Water Main and I must say I was compelled to write a review. They were exceptionally good from the estimate to the finished project. The price was very reasonable (and I had 4 other estimates) the workers were A++ and very polite. Good customer service is very hard to find these days I would definitely recommend them if you need any work done especially changing the lead pipe from the street to your house. The repair of my sidewalk was done in a timely fashion and that crew was also excellent. I would gladly call them again if I had a need.
