I love love love this !!!! It was arrived timely and the quality is so so so good I love this product and in past few months I ordered a chair it was so classy and comfortable I would recommend this and yes I actually can not believe that it is real cuz it gives so unreal vibes and i just love it!!!!!!!!

Joey was super responsive, trouble shot quickly, cleared the toilet and sewer drain quickly. Saved the day! He’ll treat you right. He’s my new go to plumber. 👍

Our commercial building had a sprinkler water main feed cracked under the sidewalk. High pressure water was shooting out of the sidewalk joints and flooding our storage warehouse. I cold called JP and he was on site with a crew in one hour. He had the water shut off and started digging down to the busted pipe as soon as he got there.
He found the cracked pipe and put a clamp on it so that he could turn the sprinkler system feed back on. At the end of the day he left us in good shape. Our sprinkler system was back on line and we didn't need to call in a fire watch crew.
JP came back and made a permanent repair. He replaced a 70 year old lead valve with a new OSY valve and full new piping to our sprinkler system. The work was fully inspected and approved by DEP and NYC.
During the whole time of the job JP always returned my calls and kept me notified about his scheduling, the DEP and the roadway permits.
Doing street plumbing repairs in NYC is not an easy proposition. You better have somebody experienced who knows their business and knows what the rules are.
I'm a facility engineer for 9 storage buildings. My experience with JP was most professional. I highly recommend him for any major plumbing work.

We had a broken water main in Jamaica. Joey and his crew came out and within a day it was fixed. I will definitely call them again.

Use them a few months ago, they were really fair on the price, and the job was done promptly. Will recommend. Joey is a great guy, he personally showed up and gave me the estimate and work on the project himself.

Unfortunately due to the lack of professionalism and work done I can not recommend this company. The gentleman who claims to be the owner Joey works under another plumbers license number who is named John Bergamino. Joey will never show to the job sight when promised and will take 5 times longer then the estimated time frame on the contract to complete. When questioned Joey will go out of his way to threaten you ( luckily he is 5 foot 6 inches and 265 pounds) so the threats are a waste of time. take the time to ask the right questions and search out other companies to protect yourself.

We Googled JP Plumbing, Joey came to help us with the frozen pipe we had. He was able to fix it and turned the water back on.. great job and thanks again!

I needed an emergency repair and JP Plumbing was one of the companies I called for an estimate. I hired him because of his reviews and he gave a competitive rate. Of course the service I received was way below that of most of his reviewers. I gave him the half up front and he started a week later. My mother would call me regularly to complain about how he berated his workers outside of my house. The entire block could hear, it was very embarrassing. He didn't finish the job but wanted me to give him the balance of the money. His reasoning was, that because the job was 90% completed he wanted 100% of the money. He told me to keep $500. I told him when the job is completed he will be paid. He had his secretary calling for a while attempting to threaten about the money but she never said when they would be out to finish my job. Needless to say, it's more than 1 year later and he never completed the job. Never again!
In addition DEP was out here a couple of months ago and they said the emergency shut off that he put in is tilted and it shouldn't be, as a result the water is pooling. They said I should ask the plumber who installed it to fix it. How? When he never finished my job. He should lose his license.

Joe came out to service our clogged shower drain. He was on time, very professional, and quickly resolved the issue. I will definitely be calling JP for all my future needs. Thank you!

Joe was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I needed help with our sewer cleanout, and he gave me free advice over the phone and helped me solve the issue. You don't get that kind of service often in New York City. Highly recommended.

I was my family's home in Astoria and noticed JP and his crewmembers working on a nearby sewage job on 30th avenue - because they were already in the area, I asked them for a quote to see how much it would cost to upgrade our water main. I was so surprised that they gave such a great / competitive price, especially since I just walked up to them without any consultation. So of course i said yes, and they quickly confirmed a time and day and everything was completed that day - very fast! It was excellent service (both customer service and workmanship) and not only did they complete the job quickly, but they worked swiftly and very clean.. I've had instances where workers would act as if they're bulls in a china shop and just knock/break everything that in their path... that is NOT these guys - JP and crew were fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to others.
