Had some drain issues with the recent rains, and JP was there within a few hours. Took care of it and was easy to work with. Gave me great service will work again with him anytime.

My friend that’s a contractor recommended me to JP. He came as soon as he was available. He dug the grass up fixed what I needed, looks like nothing happened. Gave me a very good price compared to others.

Highly recommend Joe came on Thanksgiving day when no one else would come clean. My sewer out fantastic. Came with three guys highly recommend him.

Recently, I had an absolutely horrendous experience with a plumbing service that left me no choice but to leave this review and inform everyone about the terrible service I received. It all started when I discovered a major leak in my bathroom, which required immediate attention.

In a state of urgency, I contacted JP Plumbing SEWER & DRAIN they boasted of quick response times and excellent customer service. The first red flag should have been their unprofessional and disinterested tone on the phone, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled an appointment for the same day.

To my dismay, the plumber arrived over two hours late without any explanation or apology. Frustrated, I showed him the leak and expected him to assess the situation and provide a solution. However, instead of being proactive and professional, he seemed indifferent and uninterested in his job.

Despite his lackluster attitude, I patiently explained the issue and asked for an estimate of the repair cost. Shockingly, he provided me with a wildly inflated quote that seemed completely unjustified given the nature of the problem. When I questioned the exorbitant price, he became defensive and dismissive, making me feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Reluctantly, I agreed to proceed with the repairs, hoping that at least the quality of work would make up for the terrible customer service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The plumber seemed unskilled and inexperienced, fumbling through the job and making numerous mistakes along the way.

To make matters worse, he left a mess behind, with tools and debris scattered all over my bathroom. When I confronted him about the shoddy workmanship and the lack of professionalism, he became defensive once again, refusing to take responsibility for his actions.

Disappointed and frustrated, I paid the exorbitant fee, desperate to have the ordeal over with. But my troubles didn't end there. Soon after the plumber left, I discovered that the leak had not been properly fixed and water was still seeping out, causing further damage to my bathroom.

At this point, I felt utterly betrayed and taken advantage of.I'm leaving this review here, detailing my horrendous experience and warning others to avoid this plumbing service at all costs. Additionally, I made sure to share my terrible experience on social media platforms, ensuring that everyone in my community was aware of the terrible service I received.

In the end, the entire ordeal left me not only with a damaged bathroom but also a feeling of helplessness and frustration. It served as a reminder of the importance of thoroughly researching and vetting service providers before entrusting them with critical tasks.

We hired Joey JP to fix the broken water main outside of our house, he and his guys did it in one day, and they did a very good job. I highly recommend them.

We had a flood in our basement, called a few different companies and I came across JP and he was such a help! Literally the only person that was willing to help me this holiday weekend! I will recommend him a million times!

Before I called JP pluming My toilet and tub were backed up, no to mention my basement was flooded due to the pipe being clogged. However, joe and his helper were able to fix everything in a very short amount of time. Very fast service and also professional. Highly recommended 👍🏾

Joey did a water main at my house in Astoria Queens and we were very happy with his service and price. It was an emergency and upon calling him he was able to file the proper permits and be on site the next morning. Completed the job in the same day just like he said and kept me updated with texts and pictures as I was at work.
