Max and Donut were great, they diagnosed the problem right away when multiple other plumbers weren’t able to. They explained everything they were doing step by step and fixed the issue efficiently. They’re also friendly and honest. Highly recommended

Our kitchen sink became clogged and we were unable to clear it using standard methods. We have used Joe The Plumber before for toilet repair and have been very pleased with their service. We called this morning about 9:30a and they gave us a 1-4p window. The workers arrived by 1p and were done within an hour. So grateful they are around!! Thanks!

Joe installed two boilers for us. He did a great job.
He made two courtesy visits when we had plumbing problems. Please send Matthew a very respectful associate to install a valve and stop a leak quickly in our basement.

I left a voicemail after-hours on a Sunday, got a call back within minutes, and scheduled a visit for the following day at a time that worked for my circumstance. Joe and his team arrived on time and quickly got to tackling my issues with both my boiler and hot water heater. The friendly and professional crew did neat and solid work. Cleaned up the work area and left the place looking (and functioning) better than how they found it. They removed the old hot water before the kids were back from school, like nothing ever happened. Joe the Plumber gets a lot of good word of mouth recommendations, and for good reasons. They have a new repeat customer here, though hopefully not for a while ;)

Thanks to Joe and his entire crew/staff for working diligently over this cold, blistering weekend, making sure our heating unit/new boiler would be ordered and installed ASAP. They came in the time window they said, were very pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after they were done and explained what they did(replaced some components in the boiler system) and demonstrated the heat was working at all radiators. Price at the end was what they quoted initially.

Your serviceman Miguel Hernandez texted me to advise he was on the way and would arrive in about 15 minutes. He and his partner assessed the situation with my radiator and he told me what needed to be done. They were both very neat, putting down something to protect my floors. I needed a new valve and they had the job done quickly. Miguel also stayed with me until the heat started to come up to ensure his repair was done properly. I highly recommend them.

Matthew and his helper arrived right on time. The water heater was replaced in a short.time frame. The job was not an easy one. The space was tight and the old heater had to be hoisted over the boiler. Matthew was very professional and super nice. The price was what I was quoted and it was a very competitive. If you want something done right , quickly and professionally, they are the ones to call. 5 stars

Holiday’ My boiler was making terrible banging noise just before igniting. Called Joe said it might be my ignition switch going bad. When his men came the same day. They found it was my fault I had a fishing pole blocking the vent mechanism from opening properly. No parts were needed! Only a service call charge, they could have replaced the part needlessly and charge me! Joe’s men have never mislead me they are a trustworthy company. I have been a happy customer for years.

We have worked with Joe and his team for years on various plumbing needs for both our home and a rental property in Brooklyn. Can not recommend them more highly! While there are many positive experiences, our interaction with him today was particularly good and inspired me to write a review.

We had an HVAC service doing routine maintenance on our forced air system in our rental. After the visit, they told us our hot water heater was leaking, sent pictures showing water in the basement and sent an estimate to replace it for over $2K

Since we had a long term relationship with Joe, we decided to have him do it rather than the HVAC contractor. We called, and he quickly worked us into the schedule. When his technician showed up, he alerted us that there did not appear to a leak or issue with the hot water heater, but rather identified that it was water entering our basement from the sidewall. Likely a leak of rainwater or an issue in our neighbors basement.

A less honest/diligent plumber could have easily replaced the hot water heater, billed us for it, and called it a day. I feel so grateful that we have a great plumber we can trust. Not only saving us on an uneeded hot water replacement, but also letting us know the true nature of the water in the basement so we can work on resolving it properly. It's why we've used him for many years and will continue to do so!

Joe the Plumber is simply the best! Reliable, lots of integrity and effective. I'll never call another plumber again. Today was my 3rd time using them and I've been extremely satisfied with every visit.

Our water heater decided it was it's last Christmas with us and Joe The Plumber & his team (Max, Frankie & Donuts[forgot his name but he knows who he is]) was on top of it from responding to a flurry of leaking water heater photos and texts on the Christmas to even following up with a missed call!

They came exactly the time they said they would; completed the job; hauled away the old water heater and cleaned up after themselves!

Great team! Positive Energy! Professional and Knowledgeable! First time using them, but it will definitely not be the last!

Joe and his team are first and foremost. Fantastic plumbers. What makes them five stars is that they’re also good human beings. Joe has done a good amount of work in our house, including installation of a Navien Combi unit we needed after damage from a flood. What makes me write this review though is his attention and response time to issues that come up. Like today when we had a burst pipe during one of the coldest weeks in New York City’s recent history. He answered our text and helped us get to a good place. Thanks, Joe!

Joe the Plumber is the best. I only call him when ever I have any plumbing and heating problems in my house in the Kensington section in Brooklyn. On Sunday I noticed the heat was not warm enough to keep up with the extreme cold temperatures. I called them on Sunday morning and they said they would send plumbers on Monday the next day. Thankfully my boiler was able to put out enough heat to keep the inside temperatures anywhere from 67 to 72 degrees. Teddy and his partner showed up early at about 9:30 AM. Teddy said it was the gas control relay valve that was not letting in enough gas to the boiler. So the boiler was under performing and could not heat the radiators properly. In 15 minutes they was done and my boiler was working at full capacity and warming my large house in a short period of time. Teddy and his partner did a great job. I have used Joe The Plumber several times. He has done both large and small jobs in my house. He even was able to remove DOB violations in my basement, pulled the permits, did the inspections and got the sign offs I have met Joe many times, he is very nice and will always go out of his way to make sure the work is done properly and you are satisfied. Also all of his plumbers are also nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you again Joe for getting me out of another jam.

I have been using Joe at my property’s for years now. He is always prompt, answers my calls and concerns. More importantly he stands by his work and is honest. I hesitate letting people know just how good he is because if people find out he will have so much business he may never be available. But all kidding aside I don’t give out a rating this high easily, he has never disappointed me in service or quality of work
