I've had great experiences the three times I called Nationwide. For emergency leaks I've received prompt responses and same-day service. Their rates are reasonable for NYC, their work is good, and I appreciate that the staff explains everything they are going to do and why. They are friendly, efficient and effective. I will be happy to work with Nationwide again.

This is the second time I’ve had these folks come out, and they have been great both times. We have them come for mainline maintenance. Ron and Chris were awesome.

Had a gas leak which required national grid to come shut the gas off. My tenants WENT CRAZY! We didn’t know what to do. Nationwide plumbers sent over a QUAL 87 certified master plumber to make the repair on the header THE NEXT MORNING!!! I couldn’t believe it. Within 24 hours , repair made, gas turned back on, problem solved. Highly recommend nationwide plumbers for gas repairs. They are so knowledgeable, so professional, over qualified, and super punctual! 👏 thank you guys for everything!!

These gentlemen were timely, professional and attentive. They explained what was being done and answered all my questions and concerns. Since I’ve never had to pay for a plumber before I would say the $$$ price was affordable, because I did call another company just to compare price and they were the cheaper of the two. Great service- the plumbers assigned to the job (washer/dryer installation and hose replacement) were on-time, respectful and very knowledgeable. They actively communicated before, during and after the visit and were responsive to all my questions and concerns. They cleaned the work area before they left and did a follow-up visit at no extra cost to assure that everything was working correctly. I highly recommend Nationwide Plumbers.
