Great plumbing company with reasonable rates, reliable, and easy to talk to. Anna picked up my phone call and answered all of my questions, was very patient with everything I wanted to know about their services, and allowed me to chat with Joe to confirm what work I needed to get done before his workers came over. They allow appointments and are on time when they say they will be there. My request was a very small job (snake the main line and checking my boilers/furnace for maintenance). This job could've been done by one person but Joe the Plumber sent 4 guys to do this job and it took less than 30 min.

Our water heater was leaking. We called Joe the plumber. The guys came literally within two hours they change the water heater . I was surprised how fast and clean job they did definitely recommend them to everybody in New York City.

Joe the plumber is wonderful. When the thermal coupler on my 85 year old boiler went, Teddy came and replaced it. When I didn’t have heat this morning, Teddy came and realized the thermostat was not connected to the wall, so when he fixed it, the boiler went on. Love to know they are always here to help.
