Had a pipe burst from freezing weather and immediately found a plumbing service that happens to be closeby. Despite being so late into the night, thinking no one would be working, Emil picked up the call and made his way here within minutes, assess the situation and repair the pipe. He got me out of a rut of a freezing night with a hot shower to end the day, great service all around. Would definitely call him again in the future.

Legit crew. Worked with Emil to put a few new pipes in and cap others. It seemed straightforward but actually was kind of tricky. Some of the pipes were at hard-to-reach spots and he worked really well around some of the space limitations we had in our bathroom. Made some really good suggestions about outlet placement, venting, and pipe routing. Basically, the level of support you expect from a great plumber (but you hardly ever get).

Hats off, they really did a fantastic job and the price was on point. On top of that, they were fast and exceptionally respectful and nice. Next day completion, understood what I wanted, really paid attention to getting it right. Will definitely recommend them and hire them again.

Very Poor and Rude Customer Service from the woman who answers the phones!!! She would not let me speak to a manger! I would not use under ANY circumstance!!!

Called 8am plumber at home within 3 hrs. Fixed problem with leaky shower. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

We hired one of their guys to inspect a job we’d done. He gave it his hasty approval and took our money without taking the time to identify a problem that should have been obvious to a professional.

JJM Plumbing fixed the leak in the basement. It turned out an old pipe was so rotten that a small hole appeared in it and that's where the leak was coming from. Thanks to JJM Plumbing the problem was fixed quickly.

Called a fancy call center. It's an emergency boiler not working. Technician called the day after at 11AM when we where at work and expecting us to run home because they close at 4 PM (Yes 4PM!). Without knowing what the problem was they wanted to charge an extra $175 to come at "night".

Thanks to JJM Plumbing we avoided our flat from being flooded last Sunday. While we were away a small leakage has appeared in the kitchen and when we got back we saw it was about to expand. Thanks to the fast reaction of JJM Plunbing the leak was stopped and no greater damaged was caused.

Expensive. Didn't tell me how much it would be until he was finished. It took him 90 seconds to remove the broken piece of the shower diverter. 5 minute drive to the store to purchase the part for less than 20$ and then 3 minutes to put it back in. Didn't get his hands dirty. Didn't open a wall or cut a pipe. Only used a plier and a screwdriver. My jaw dropped when he said 245$. Mind boggling where he got that price from. Makes me sick. Would not use again!
