They installed the boiler. At least 4x (less than 4 years since installation) i have had to call for maintenance due to no hot water. They tell me they need parts and it takes 5 weeks to return. Then no hot water again, and again the same problem. Customer service is condescending and work is shabby. They are not accredited with Better Business Bureau.

Very professional, on time and efficient. Needed work done in the bathroom for my tenant. Price was competitive, work was excellent. Hopefully I won't need them again for a while, but if I do I won't hesitate to call them. He told me the price up front, before and work was done. Yes, I would recommend them.

I have always had great service from JJM. Desiree who answers the phone is always polite and helpful. They have almost always come the same day. Marc is awesome, friendly, knows his stuff, and is a pleasure to work with. And he explains things and does not treat you like an idiot. Just today he was here to install a washing machine after PC Richards majorly screwed up.

Very nice and professional people. They came right on time and took care of several plumbing issues. A couple of the problems were nothing more than tightening some screws on the back of the toilet since it was moving slightly and unlock a piece of the flushing mechanism that had become stuck. I also had a leak in the kitchen faucet, wich required changing the cartridges. The manufacturer had sent them to me earlier. During this process, Marc showed me the pipes under the sink that were in very bad condition , they were installed in 1987 when the building was constructed. He and Bob changed everything under the sink and it looked great, unfortunately after they left I noticed a slight leak and called the company again. Within 10 minutes they were back and had to change another section near to the wall. I thought they were very professional and reasonable in their pricing (did not charge me for the bathroom issues) . I am very happy with this experience because when you are old, everyting regarless of its complexity is stressfull. I will be recommending this company to everyone else in the condo

Joseph is the best! Needed an RPZ and Gas test for our building at the last moment, and they were there that day. Took less than an hour, and him and his team were incredibly punctual, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. Rarely ever write google reviews but felt I had to this time! Thanks!!

Very Professional company that is easy to work with. They were able to come inspect my building for an RPZ and gas test within a day of calling which helped me avoid major fines. I cant stress enough if you need any sort of Local law 152 gas test or RPZ test to call them.

Ive been using crc for many years now they are on time, professional, and know what theyre doing, its tough to find a reliable dependable service like crc. I cant even believe some of these reviews, two of them are irrelevant to the service chris and crc provides, one is not even about the plumbing but because one of their drivers gave someone the finger?!

I scheduled a visit with Chris for my unit for a specific time and date. I explained that there was a time constraint for the visit due to the fact that we would have to distrust tenants in the unit below. He scheduled me for a specific time. I even confirmed with them the night before. When no one arrived 40 minutes into the scheduled time I followed up with Chris and asked for some communication. He was rude and unprofessional, called me entitled and screamed at me at the top of his lungs for just trying to understand when his plumber is coming and why they are late. In fact he told me to get someone else to help me and hung up the phone. i've seen everything as i work managing many different luxury units through out the city, but this was something else.

Great family owned business. Owner is very kind.

When you need someone who knows what they are doing in a pinch give them a call.

The office clerk very nice lady but the person name Curtis you can believe a word always an excuse after excuse, never on time before were a great plumbing service business but now you can't rely in this people...sorry guys but it has to be said.

For all those leaving reviews the last few years - we were in business over 100 years my father was very very ill and instead of the workers he helped and did everything for for years helping him they took advantage and stole and ruined our reputation - maybe research before you put a review -please
