We love our new bathroom and couldn’t be happier with how it all came together in the end. Being able to buy everything in one place and pick it up when we needed them was a major relief. It was also alot easier going into the store when there was a problem, instead of dealing with phone customer service reps and shipping return or exchange headaches that would've caused delays. Thank you so much to the entire team, especially Leedan and management, for a wealth of information that made our renovation project alot less stressful than it could've been if we went somewhere else.

Why did you charge me twice for the same exact part?

I was told you had the original part instead of the one you sold me on April 7th. (The same exact part number is on the bag)

I wish to express my gratitude to the sales person who said to my plumber who went there, “I think I have a part that looks similar.” The part that needed replacing was a very very old, deteriorated valve seat and rubber. It was feared we would not find a replacement. But we did at Brooklyn Plumbing and we are full of gratitude.

Emil and his team are amazing! They came to install a new toilet and got everything done quickly and professionally. Emil is a great guy!very friendly, honest, and clearly knows his work.

Incredible experience with Plumbing army. They did the full plumbing build-out for our new business in the Financial District, including a big commercial kitchen. They were really professional and I mean really professional, very clean, knew all the rules and codes in NYC, very efficient, felt like there was absolutely no time being wasted during the project. Project management, follow ups, updates like I have never experienced before. Loved seeing their army camo work van in front of my business. I needed a floor drain in the basement due to foundation leaking and flooding my basement. Their technicians Kolya and Michael did an excellent job explaining how it would work, and it does. They directed the floor drain into the pump that takes all the water into the main! Recommend these professionals to everyone!

These guys fixed my gas leak. After ConEd shut my gas off. In less than a week they passed a gas inspection and changed my water heater! 5 stars! Honest. Fast. Reliable.recommended to everyone!
