Very good inventory. Clean. Parking is very limited here. Young guys at the counter that know where inventory is located, but limited plumbing knowledge (the few I met, don't know about everyone else.)

Very knowledgeable staff with kind and courtious service. I stopped going anywhere else. And with their hours of availability, there's no need to.

These guys are the best. Really helped me out in a pinch. Cut a pipe and cleared old threads on a T. Never would have gotten this as the big box shops.

I bought today, water pump I end up, not using it not even try it. I find the problem was a fuse. I took back the seal box to the plumbing supply. They refused to take it back even to give me credit store credit instead, they claim that I use it already, please don’t step to the store. No

Mostly filled with pros getting supplies for there jobs , the place is always hopping. I am no pro but can fix a few things around the house and when I go to Brooklyn Plumbing they treat me well even though I am a DIY'er and not a pro. I am able to show them what I need to fix with a picture on my cell and a few minutes later I am on my way home with the correct parts.

These guys are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It does not matter if you'r a woman, a man , a professional plumber or a DIY person , they will provide you exceptional services. Special thanks to Tamir for helping me with my boiler issues on 1/19/2019

Had a great experience. Although there weren't a ton of kitchen sink displays…. Striker was very knowledgable and helped my boyfriend and I with our kitchen needs. He really took the time to break everything down for us and gave us his sincere opinion which we appreciated. Before we left, he hand wrote some tips on how to measure for our sink and other suggestions. Also Tomir (sp?) was extremely courteous, helpful and professional over the phone and ordered our sink right before the holiday. Thanks fellas:)

My apartment wasn’t getting the right amount steam/heat in the radiators, so I called Brooklyn Plumbing and Litor picked up and was extremely helpful. The next day I came to the store and Tamir sold me 4 PCs of Gorton Vapor Equalizing Valves, and explained exactly which model I needed for apartment. No wonder this place is here for decades, they are the best!

A great store for the plumbing averse and the indecisive!

They helped me pick out everything I needed for my bathroom/kitchen renovation. The wonderful salesperson, Stryker, spent over one and a half hours with me going thru all of the details and I walked away feeling more knowledgeable and great about all of my choices.

Wonderfully helpful folks. One tip - even if you think you know what you need, tell them what you're doing and ask if there's a better or easier way to get it done. When you've heard their suggestion, make sure you'll have every part or tool you'll need. Forgetting this has cost me more often than not.

Great service and an impressive show room. I wasn't expecting it to be so nice, and to have such a great selection of faucets and sinks. They carry great brands such as Moen and Hansgrohe and the staff is very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back.

These guys are all business and know their stuff. After scouring the internet (amazon) for a 35mm ceramic sink cartridge FL02BD for 26$. Decided not to wait two days for shipping and hit this place. In five minutes they had a match with cartridge FL02GJ for 32$ (tax included). I am fine with paying a little more to have item immediately than line Amazon's pockets (the place has to pay rent!) . Support local businesses!! Parking isn't good around here though, due to the police precinct up the block.

They are great for all your plumbing needs. They have the most obscure parts, and if they don't, they'll get it for you. They also will take back any returns, no questions. They also keep full propane tanks, not half full like other places, for $29.

They are always busy with people going in and out, which usually means it's a good place. There is typically a little bit of a line but there are usually quite a few people working so that you don't have to wait to long to speak to someone and get what you need and your questions answered. They are knowledgeable and have always had the parts that I have needed.

I'm really surprised to see a negative review of this store. My husband and I have a big old house that we have been re-modelling for over 20 years We've gone to this store for everything from fixtures to gas tanks to obscure bits and bobs. The staff are always courteous and helpful. After having spent hours one time searching for a tiny corner sink and feeling frustrated and underwhelmed with the choices, the salesperson at this store walked me directly over to the perfect item and then discounted it when coupled with the purchase of a toilet. This is a good place with a good team of salespeople..

Have you ever came across people who made impossible - possible? Well i did and the person that helped me do that was David that works in this company. I was searching for a specific brand for a very long time; I drove the entire day from one location to another searching for that specific item and my last stop was this company. David was very helpful, patient and very respectful, but most importantly what i would like to call a “Magician”; you might ask why. The brand that i was searching for he did not have, no. But he went out of his was searching for it through a different website, ordered it and came all the way to my location to deliver it. I have never seen such a high level of customer service and care for what their customers demands. Not only that he found something I’ve been looking for so long, but he also delivered it right to my hands. I wanna thank the company for such professionals they have working for them, but most importantly i wanna thank David for making impossible - possible. Highly recommend!!!!!

Staff is really nice. Helped me find a bushing even though I didn’t know exactly which one I needed and it was the exact one. Very quick too. Definitely go here for propane in the area. Don’t go anywhere else
