Seriously the best of the best! Called for service and they were there in a timely fashion. Got my problem fixed in no time. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants servicing for plumbing etc.

Called for an emergency with my water heater; plumber was SUPER communicative on ETA and even confirmed when they would arrive. Ended up not having to use them due to building plumber coming in time, but was very courteous and ready to address the issue quickly!

Dwight provided exceptional service by accurately diagnosing our shower's hot water issue and offering a temporary solution until we can install a new cartridge. We're extremely satisfied with his work.

These are the people you want in a crisis, trust me!! I'm coming off of a wild 24 hours: A clogged drain led to nasty gunk water allllll over my bedroom which then led to flooding in my cellar. Doo doo water all up and through my home, can you hear me? Disgusting!!! Ew!!!! Unfortunately I was unable to pack all my bags and disappear into a new life (I strongly considered) but luckily for me I called the right people, 24 Hr. Emergency Plumbing.

Candace and her team assessed the problem and 👏🏾 got 👏🏾 to 👏🏾 work. These folks put in a full 12 hour day in my building: draining the doo doo water, snaking toilets, snaking the main line, dealing with the sump pump and that was just fixing the problem. They also sanitized and cleaned my apartment and cleaned the common areas.

In an incredibly overwhelming ordeal, I just feel so much better having worked with these people.

I'm a mother of 4 and my pipes tend to get clogged up easily. I gave Dwight a last minute call and he was able to achieve my concerns without hesitation and also his price fit my budget. He's a very knowledgeable , professional,efficient and an excellent problem solver in what he does. I'm a truly satisfied customer that he came to save my hectic pipe issues lol.

This company sent someone out right away and provided me with excellent friendly service that is rare with a lot of plumbing companies especially when it’s an emergency.
They installed my new hot water heater so fast and with high professionalism. I’m so happy I called.

I called, they answered. Fast, efficient, honest…I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I needed my water heater replaced, and bc I have no clue, about water heaters, I am grateful that 24Hr. Emergency Plumbing lived up to their name. Candance came out w/in 30min of my call assessed what needed 2 be done & told me by days end I would have my water heater installed & my water restored. She kept her word. She came back w/her team & handled not only the installation but the removal of the water heater as well all by days end. I would HIGHLY recommend their service, I am going 2 have them service my boiler nxt month as well. That’s how much I value their work.

Had a pipe burst late evening time on a Sunday and their team was able to come by within a couple hours, locate where and solve the issue asap. Called them around 7pm and they were done before 10pm. Amazing.

Had a last minute emergency with radiator pipe going out and was fixed with no time. Was happy to see a person was sent out the same day (Robert). Robert was amazing from checking out all that was needed to be done and even found a broken pipe that could turn into a disaster if I left it and longer. With the help of a kind voice in the office (Candace), she help explain how things worked and time lines on everything. I definitely tried to save with a person who was cheap before and it made it worse. Glad I called real trades crew who know how to complete the job with no issue. They will definitely be my go to for plumbing going forward.

This is our second time using 24 hour Emergency. Candace was very communicative and was able to get a plumber over to replace a leaking radiator. Price estimate was communicated ahead of time and stayed within the range. We had a very positive experience and will be using them for sump pump work in the future
