Petri is top notch!! Thanks to George and Mike for the great work they did on my boiler in Brooklyn. First they came out to do a thorough assessment of the boiler and system in general. Then they returned later in the week to replace the pipes and valves that needed to be fixed. They were knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Great Job!

Everyone I spoke with from the initial call to the plumber were very professional and courteous. The appointment was made for same day service. Walter, the plumber was respectful and knowledgeable and worked as quickly as possible. I received great service. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. They will be on speed dial.

Oleksii plumber tech number 7025, did a wonderful job fixing and replacing our toilet. He was very kind, efficient and knowledgeable about his work. He really helped my family and I out and took the time to thoroughly explain to me what needed to be fixed and why. All the while working diligently to get the job done right! I highly recommend him!

JaKai and Ibn were fantastic!!! They had to come back for a second time (all under the flat rate of service) and fixed my issue with extreme professionalism and lovely conversation that made it feel like I had 2 friends helping me out. I specifically requested them back for the follow-up service because they were so knowledgeable and delightful.

Fixed my sink same day, like 3-4 hours after I called. 2 other local plumbers I left messages for never called me back. Price was crazy but Ive never paid for a plumber before. Could be normal, idk.

Kevin tech#5083 came out again to my house replace the vent line that was rotten from the stoppage I had the other day with no problem, thorough and excellent with the job, and made sure everything was working correctly.

Called rooter rooter at 10:00 pm on a Sunday night for a main sewer back up at a private dwelling. A technician (Brannon) was dispatched and arrived within a half hour. Brannon stayed until after midnight and did not leave until he made sure everything was clear. I had a very good experience with The service and technician.

It was a tough job that had already stumped one plumber, but Brooklyn RR man Shiva was up to the task. He put in over 3 hours including some calls and trip to Lowe's to get a needed tool that finally solved it. Communications with RR personnel on the phone were prompt and clear from the start and they got here quickly on a Saturday afternoon. Shiva was courteous, diligent, and indefatigable. A hero without a cape, a lion among men. Mother's Day brunch, saved.
