Petri is the most reliably good service I’ve experienced as a condo owner. No stress, very professional, and patient with the work. Fazion was excellent and did a thorough job fixing a leak and stopped drain. My condo has many quirks with plumbing and he was excellent at getting to the root of the problem.

George and Michael did excellent work. They were neat ,they were on time ,They were polite,and they did a great job. I loved to witness the collaboration between them as George was training Michael. They fixed my radiator and some valves under the kitchen sink.

I am so happy that I found this company. My AC unit in the bedrooms stopped working the end of June. My original installer still hasn’t called me. While I was waiting I went online to research Daikin AC authorized and certified companies. Petri was the first one that agreed to come to my house which is only a 20 min drive. Others declined.
I called them on Thursday before the July 4 weekend. First available appointment was Tuesday. They were here earlier than the time and diagnosed the problem. The sales rep was here the next day to explain my contract for the work that had to be done. I even added another unit. Daniel returned the next day with 2 portable units to help us out until they could do the work.
They came back 2 weeks later and within 3 days the new compressor and units, including the new one for which they had to run lines, were installed. I had the “dream team”,
Fred, Ryan and Arlin. They are dolls! They are professional and experts in what they do.

Petri Plumbing is a great service for your heating and cooling needs. I needed to replace an old manual thermostat with a new digital Amazon Alexa thermostat. They are very responsive and flexible. Their technician that they sent out (shout out to Steven Berger) was very professional and did a great job explaining what he was doing and how to maintain. They came right on time and finished the service in about an hour and the job was very well done. I’ll do some light patch work to clean up the wall given the old thermostat was big and bulky but I Will certainly use them again in the future!

Would leave zero stars if I could. Feel really bad about how Petri plumbing handled a boiler issue. They charged us a LOT of money ($3500), but left the boiler non-operational. They told us a new boiler was our best bet, quoted us around $20,000 and took off the sticker that contained the contact information for the original installer. I had happened to google that provider, so was able to contact the installer and he fixed the issue, charging only $400. I honestly felt pretty manipulated and mistreated throughout the experience with Petri plumbing and do not recommend you use them unless you are desperate and/or have a sufficient understanding of plumbing issues to assess the accuracy of the information you are being given by them. Really left a bad taste in my mouth.

EDIT: the reply left below is NOT accurate, there was literally no conversation about the installer not answering, and there could not have been such a conversation because I did not call them. It was also not recently installed, it was installed in 2013. I'd say I'm surprised by this behavior by Petri but sadly I am not.

Very impressed with the entire experience! From booking an appointment, to communication, to the professionalism of Junior the technician and his high level of work to make things safe and properly fixed. Everything was done beyond expectations. Bravo! Will definitely call next time I need help with plumbing/heating. Thank you!

They recently moved to the neighborhood and have been parking commercial vehicles overnight in the streets surrounding their Butler St location. I reached out to them to talk about it. The gentleman who answered the phone was very professional. The boy who called me back was a jerk and tried to gaslight me. When you move into a community you shouldn’t try to take it over.

Petri helped my family when major work needed to be done. From replacing a boiler to fixing old pipes in an old building, they were always professional and their work has been impeccable. Shout out to Isaiah, Michael B, Luke, Joseph, Michael O, Greg, and other technicians we may have missed.

Amazing, quality service. I've been dealing with a faulty AC system for the past 2 weeks, and they came by and ran all the diagnostics and installed a new, WORKING, AC.

All of their technicians are pet friendly, which was very nice since I have a very friendly black cat. She even shook their hands :)

First, I genuinely appreciate that Petri sends the photo, experience and name of the contractor being sent to complete the job so I know who to expect and who to look for. Second, Joseph Fantasia was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns, immediately assessed the situation and got to work. I haven’t had proper heat in 2 months, he quite literally saved me from freezing for the rest of this NY winter. He was thorough as well, checking on the unit on the roof of the building to ensure everything was working fine there too. Told me about the other services Petri provides and gained a customer on the spot.

In need of an asap repair to my kitchen sink piping. We had a major leak and corrosion. Isaiah was on the job that same evening. As always, with Petri Plumbing, the job was done efficiently, cleanly, and knowledgeably. Isaiah was respectful of my time, my home, and worked with a great level of skill. He was clear with me every step of the way and informed me of under sink chemical off gassing from cleaning solutions which made complete sense. I also renewed my membership and Isaiah performed a safety sweep throughout the house before wrapping it up for the night. I’ve been a customer with Petri Plumbing for 15 years. They are always consistent and the customer service is A+. The prices are competitive and not cheap but it all comes through with quality and integrity of service.
One small detail that made me smile: on the way out, Isaiah secured my Christmas wreath on my front door so it wouldn’t fly off with the wind that was strong that night. It had nothing to do with plumbing but everything to do with small details that put a bow on a customer experience. Thanks Isaiah and Petri for another job well done.

The only thing Petri should do is get rid of the AI operator - that was terrible but I worked around it quickly.

We called so many places for an emergency plumbing repair on a Sunday and Petri was the only place who could come. Junior was absolutely phenomenal. He was so kind and caring and knew exactly what to do for a complicated pipe repair in a s small space. He was so knowledgeable of his trade.. We can’t thank him enough. The rest of the Petri staff with whom we interacted were excellent - communicative and professional. We would absolutely use Petri and Junior again.

Wanted to upgrade Daikin mini-split units and Petri came up in an internet search as Daikin specialists. Their reviews speak for themselves so got them in. Loved the estimate so had them do the work. Couldn't have been happier. Great install crew. Work was excellent. A few nicks in the walls getting compressors round very tight corners, but nothing they didn't themselves point out or take care of. When a few days after install there was a mechanical problem with one of the units, they had a guy there the same day and fixed it within half an hour. The one other issue we had with regard to the size of the units, the head of the company spoke to me himself and resolved the issue in such a professional manner that I have no hesitation in recommending Petri for any HVAC job. Oustanding work, employees, and customer service.

Petri did an amazing job with our small business's heating. Ron set us up with an unexpectedly quick installation date for a new furnace, and techs Fred, Jonathan, and Albin came through with care and thoughtfulness! They're flexible, thoughtful, and diligent people. I highly recommend them!

Fred, Pedro & Antone were very professional and polite. They came well prepared, drop cloths, tools etc, etc. They cleaned up after themselves. Explained and showed what was done. Job well done! And I have heat!

Will and Fred came right on time and were incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They clearly know their stuff and took the time to explain what was going on, which made us feel very comfortable about fixing the heating issues in our system. They were also very considerate of our schedule and worked efficiently, which we really appreciated, especially with a young daughter at home. Rob later joined them and was equally great to work with. Overall, everyone we interacted with was smart, capable, professional, and genuinely nice. It has been a great experience so far, and we feel confident continuing to work with this team.
