It's been quite some time since I've gotten help like I've got in this store, The older gentleman with the beard was extremely helpful seeing what I can do, how to do it, what to change what to buy.. and why you buying this if your doing that. I loved the store just for the customer service alone. Would come back even if the process are higher, which in fact they're not. They have decent prices.
They had everything I needed and just from my pictures of my job he was able to save me multiple trips and tell me the correct parts.
I would definitely recommend this plumbing store over others just for these small things.
Great store, great prices, and the one that tops it all is the friendly and caring workers that were in the store.
A few blocks away there's a store which has plumbing supplies as well, but boy what a difference, their CS stinks, I mean stinks, you feel like a criminal trying to pay for something and when you ask for something they pawn you off. So having such a store near my job site was the biggest gift from the one above, making my day another beautiful one. Thank God!
Guys keep up the amazing attitude and wish you much Bracha and Hatzalacha in the years to come. -
Well priced, no frills.

Faizon is great. He is very thorough— he took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through the whole process of removing my current water heater and installing a new one. Highly recommend him!

Called Petri and they were able to get someone on site that day. Faizon came to help with a drain problem and fixed it quickly, completely and with clear communication along the way. He not only helped diagnose with confidence, but helped me understand the problem fully and worked with pace to solve the problem quickly. Could not recommend Faizon and Petri Plumbing more!

Fashion from Petri did a great job! He went above and beyond. And took his time and patience to unclog the drain in our kitchen sink!

The Petri "Dream Team" (Fred, Al, and Garry) installed a Daikin Ductless System (1 elevated outdoor unit and three indoor units) in Brooklyn. They were professional, prep all indoor areas with plastic to not make a mess, explained everything they were doing from the beginning through the install, set up, configuration with training on using the remotes.
They gave me the comfort of believing they knew what they were doing and that I has a flawless delivery and install. I would highly recommend this dream team of experts.
I also have to give a shout-out to the sales person (I got a fair deal) and the Area Manager who both came out to check on the job and asked if everything was ok.
This is Customer Service at its best- -
Always prompt. Great communication. From the office to the plumbers. See a lot of the same guys over and over which is a good sign. Very honest and fair with the quotes. And the work is good.

I used Petri to replace my leaking water heater. Responded fast and gave me alternate quotes so I can make the best decision suits my needs. Helped me with warranty options. Luke and Justin did a great job and left the space as clean as it was. My problem was solved in a day which was great. I definitely recommend Petri.

I contacted Petri Plumbing to repair a leaking bathroom faucet and explained that the hot water handle needed a new cartridge. I already had the replacement cartridge from the manufacturer and only needed it installed.
I was informed there would be an $89 fee for a plumber to come out and provide a quote, which would be waived if I accepted the service. Although I asked for a rough estimate over the phone, none was provided.
The plumber arrived, consulted with a manager, and quoted $519.82 to remove the old cartridge and install the new one. Considering the straightforwardness of the task, I was shocked by the quote. When I questioned the cost, I was told I was paying for the company’s “expertise.”
I declined the service and completed the repair myself.
