I have call Petri Plumbing for my plumbing needs for many years. They are always quick to return calls, they arrive on time and they fix the situation as quickly as possible. I would never call anyone for plumbing repairs but Petri. Steven who made the last service call to replace my hot water heater was amazing

Called Petri for a clog in our kitchen sink. They sent someone over the next morning, and when it turned out to be a tougher clog than expected, they sent Will and George over to deal with it. Will is a wizard with clogged pipes! They worked quickly and carefully and eventually cleared the drain using a Kinetic Water Ram. They also found a corroded pipe and replaced it, likely saving us from potential issues in the future. So thankful for their hard work!

My first time using Petri Plumbing. Called late Saturday and arrived Sunday to fix issues. Junior was very professional, informative and provided us with options. Grateful for his help and would use them again. Appreciated no emergency fees being that it was a weekend.

I called for servicing on my Haier ductless system due to a clogged condensation line, and it was cleared and cleaned quickly and carefully. Steve Berger was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful—he even wore foot booties when entering my home, which I greatly appreciated. He also provided a thorough list of fall and spring maintenance options for all five of my ductless systems and my heater. The cost was very reasonable, and the service is truly a must for keeping equipment in excellent working order.

It was definitely a 10/10. You guys were able to squeeze me in last minute. The serviceman showed in the time range provided. Most importantly, he was competent. He knew exactly what to check and how to rectify the problem

I suggest you find a cheaper alternative. Petri wanted to charge me approximately $1,000 to change a faucet. When I asked them to instead just fix the one I already have, the price was $383. When I agreed to the $383 price, I was then told they won't fix it because the faucet isn't a "name brand" they know of. So they took the $383 price off the table. I told them this is a rip off and a scam to force customers to overpay. I found a handy man that will fix my faucet for only $250. Don't waste your money on this company. They will overcharge you!

Will, Sean and Faizon came out and executed their work perfectly and walked me through the whole process. Very professional, friendly and courteous and they left my house spotless and helped with everything I needed. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use Petri Plumbing. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were well worth it.

I had an emergency plumbing issue at my home in Brooklyn, NY. A friend referred me to Petri plumbing. The receptionist was courteous and understanding. He gave me an appointment immediately. The plumber that came out Junior was the nicest, even-tempered person I have met in a long time. He evaluated the problem, provided a solution, and he was very considerate of my home. I am very happy with the service Junior provided as a representative of Petri Plumbing. I will be recommending Petri plumbing to anyone else who requires plumbing services.

Petri Plumbing recently installed a new air conditioning system. Technicians Fred, Gary, and Albin provided excellent service. They maintained excellent communication and completed all work in a timely manner. I highly recommend Petri Plumbing for anyone seeking reliable, top-notch HVAC services.

Petri came quickly and diagnosed the problem of a cracked radiator pipe. They also upgraded our boiler and replaced a pump. They showed up when the said they would and completed the work quickly and neatly.

Will and Izzy were very fast, helpful, and communicative about the work they were doing to repair our shower's hot water pressure. Would happily call Petri again. Thank you!

Junior came to rehang my bathroom sink. It required uninstalling and reinstalling the plumbing to use suitably robust bolts to secure the sink to the wall. He was friendly, professional, worked clean and made good suggestions on how to improve a slow drain. I would be happy to have him return for plumbing concerns at my home.

I want to THANK Will & George who helped me with a jump start on my car today! They didn't have to do it, but my battery had drained, and they kindly made sure I was all charged up and driving again! The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly so we were confident in the work required. It was easy to make an appointment also.

Petri has handled a handful of our plumbing needs over the years - and most recently a new shower system, kitchen faucet and hot water heater. Their work product is superb! Every technician is very knowledgeable and very professional! And there is great follow up to make sure everything turned out okay. If anything needs a tweak or touch up - they prioritize it. I came to Petri with 2 problems: the master bedroom was cold except when it was very cold outside; and the when it was very cold, the boiler overflowed. They diagnosed and solved both problems, so for the first time in years, the master bedroom is comfortable during the winter.

We were very upset after 4 days of calling 3 companies that never bothered to return our call. I woke up Sunday morning and began searching again. I discovered Petri and immediately made a call. They answered, they listened and quickly booked me for a consultation visit. The technician Mr. Faizon arrived in the afternoon, explained what needed to be done and went right to work after our approval. He was done by 6 PM. Mr. Faizon’s work ethic is a masterful work of Art. He understands the power of Art & Science. You can see as he works that he takes his job seriously and the work reflects. We could not use our family lower bathroom because the pipe that carries the cold water from the ceiling to the bathroom and our outside garden cracked due to the freezing weather. My wife and I totally appreciated everything he showed us he talked us through it and the final project looks great. Thank you Petri. We are now happy that we signed to be a part of your membership service.

Petri is great, have worked with them for years and always reliable, dependable quality work and communication, especially with Will and Bernard. The company has kept our building in great shape and saved us from great damage during an emergency flood. Became a member a few years ago, totally worthwhile!
