Angel was able to diagnose the source of a leak that affected my downstairs neighbor. He was thorough in his inspection & left no stone unturned by checking all possible sources. His pricing was very reasonable and I look forward to reaching out to him again if I need to.

Kevin was phenomenal. He came to help with a clogged sink and took his time checking all my drains, the pipes and the trap. Problem was solved after using multiple augers of varying sizes and now everything is draining fast and flawlessly. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Frankie came in for the initial estimate, and he was very informative. They came in a week later to put in new water lines (I didn't have existing water lines for a dish washer.) and they did a fantastic job! Frankie and his assistant. Frankie detailed the full scope of work, what it would look like after, and they stayed behind to turn on the new dishwasher and ensure that there were no mishaps after installation. Roto-rooters were able to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI), which my co-op management company required. This whole dishwasher process has been so daunting, but Roto-Rooters put my mind at ease! If I ever have another plumbing need, I'll be sure to call them again!

Our condo board were told there would be a follow-up visit to insert a camera in the 2-inch kitchen line to check for clogs after snaking out the lower-level line. However instead I was contacted by phone by an aggressive technician who informed me that they do not perform this work and do not use camera's for 2-inch lines.

We were charged $800 for just 30 minutes of work to clear a kitchen sink line, which seems excessive. When we inquired about the camera involvement in the cost, we were told yes, and that they would return to perform the camera inspection.

I expect transparency and service from a reputable company when told what we are paying for.

Walter and Jamal came to our home and not only they cleared a blocked pipe they pinpointed where it was blocked worked tirelessly to clear the blockage and checked the traps and helped our home impeccably. They did their jobs outstanding and by the way, true story, they also SAVED/helped a tiny bloody nose bare footed boy in pajamas who accidentally got out of his house on the coldest day and almost got hit by a car! They are HEROES!!! They are ANGELS!!! I highly recommend using this service they have reliable dependable honest employees.

I highly recommend Mike for any plumbing or hydro-jetting needs. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose the issue. Mike used the jetter to clear a clog that others couldn’t fix, and he explained everything clearly throughout the process. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and the pricing was very fair. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and will definitely call Mike again for any future plumbing work.

I had a leaky shower fixture on Sunday afternoon before a 15+ inch snowstorm was due later that day. I called my usual local plumber and did not get an answer. I called this number and was connected to the Roto-Rooter national number at 12:30 and by 2:30 someone was here. Kendon diagnosed the problem, went to get a replacement fixture, and installed it by 4:00 (it had already started snowing). The price was a little on the high side but I clicked on "reasonable price" due to extenuating circumstances. If someone hadn't come then, I probably could not have gotten anyone before Tuesday at the earliest, and that would have been bad for my water bill.

I had a great experience with this Roto-Rooter company. The entire team was professional, respectful, and very kind throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.

Walter , the technician was professional and courteous. Absolutely no complaints about him.
$682.00 to unclog a clogged shower drain is robbery. I was not told that the charge would be $682.00 when I scheduled the service. Yes, I could have canceled the service when Walter showed up but I needed the drain to be unclogged. The next day I called their office to voice my dissatisfaction with the charge. I received a call from Dennis who said he couldn’t do anything about it but would have his supervisor call me. I am still waiting for his call.

Super polite and very informative, I got my hot water replaced in 2 hours, with no delays, smooth process.
