We had a burst copper pipe that burst at 2am. This company answered when some many companies did not. They are truly 24/7. I had alot water in my basement. I got my home pumped out and cleanup. Of course they repaired my copper pipe as well.

Lemme tell you. I had a bad day. Our plumber cancelled last minute, so our perfectly choreographed dance of water shutoff -> plumber fix sink --> countertop guys fix counters -> clean apartment -> stage apartment -> photograph apartment -> list apartment -> sell apartment was all shattered when our original plumber called in sick. A crisis.

Who comes to our rescue but Candace. She gets a plumber to our house in Brooklyn in 45 MINUTES, he does the job in 45 MINUTES, and they get the hell outta my place so that the countertop guys can work.

A+, no notes. It was expensive but hey, I said I need it right now, and they got someone RIGHT NOW.

I was looking for a plumbing company that could resolve the issue the same day. Roberto was able to unclog the kitchen drain pipe and replace the cracked pipe for a new one.

Dwayne was called in to give a second opinion on a water heater that was broken. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and insightful. His 30 years in the business was fully on display. Some plumbers might have just started replacing parts but Dwayne diagnosed the problem by thinking through the process and then when he had what he thought was the problem, sat on line for an hour to talk directly with the AO Smith technical specialists who confirmed his suspicions. He was then able to track the problem down to water in the combustion chamber which some plumbers might have stopped at and said just get a new water heater. But with a storm coming on in 3 days, and a young baby in the house, he found a way to clean out the combustion chamber and get that water heater up and running. He took a bad situation and made it work.
Candice who coordinated the job and worked with Dwayne was on top of everything and kept the owner (out of town) and me (a guest) in the loop on everything that was happening, not an easy thing to do. This team was great and I'd recommend them to anyone with a problem.
