Caroline, who conducts business under this business name. What a horrible person and low life! I provided her with a new pump at her request. The building ran it dry and it started to leak. Not something covered under warranty. But I offered for free to cover it anyways. Answered her above normal amount of phone calls. Offered solutions. Explanations. Everything. Honored my warranty. But refused to listen to any of the remedies I offered. I even told her and she admits in the review, I can't rebuild pumps on site, it is not a service offered on my site nor something we can do. Repeatedly, wouldn’t listen. She instead went into Google reviews and wrote a horrible review instead of just offering her customer the solutions we presented. Caroline, then offered to remove the review only if I paid her money in return. This is illegal (see screenshot below). We have filed a suit with the FTC and handed this over to counsel. Don’t work with this company and just hang up if Caroline calls you. Don’t waste your breath. It will be heads she wins, tails you lose!

One word, Professionalism . Stratos is one of the best mechanic that has touched my boiler betty, he took such good care of her when she needed to be repiped

Called late, around 4, our bathtub had been leaking very badly into the first floor of our home. Strato and his helper showed up promptly. They assessed the issue, removed the sink cabinet, pulled up the floor, replaced the leaking parts, tested their work and then cleaned up entirely. All very quickly and so professionally. We are so happy to have our shower back! I absolutely recommend.
