Kitchen line to the main sewer line was clogged. There was flooding in the basement. I Was wary of calling any of the $49 sewer cleaning guys because of all the bad reviews. I called Econo Sewer and 2 hours later they were at the door. The technician came and gave a free estimate with a 3 month guarantee. When the technician was done, we turned on the sinks and tested to make sure the problem was fixed. I couldn't be happier with the service and price.

Mr. Fitzgerald was thorough and EXTREMELY diligent in assessing my problem. He was patient and took the time to explain in detail the why and why not of what my problem could be. This guy is a scientist! And I left out he did all of this after 11pm!. Explained in detail, viewed photos and gave a call back! 8am the next morning someone showed up on time beyond professional and serviced the sewer. Would recommend to ANY and EVERYONE!

When I placed a call to this company I hoped to finally be rid if my clogged sink problem. I got that, I also hoped to be rid of the problem at a reasonable price. I got that and more. They were punctual, professional, responsive, and were covid compliant. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellence.

Had my storm sewer backed up that almost flooded my basement. Called Econo and they worked with my schedule. Got the job done pretty quick, clean with no bs. The person that did the job was very friendly. I would recommend.

My very old building with very old pipes had a main sewer line totally clog. Spoke to wwner (ED) at 10AM and promised me someone by 2PM. I explained the major problem and he got one got of his technicians to me by 12 noon. Very tricky and difficult job with 70 year old cast iron pipes. The technicial (Eddie) figured out the exact problem and the best way to deal with it. Problem solved 100% with minimal water on cellar floor. Great Job. I am technically knowledgable and very demanding. I can highly recomment Econo-Sewer.

I called and made an appt for Friday Sept 29 for 9-11am. I called them multiple times on the day they were suppose to come. Every time they said someone would call me back. Not only did they never call me back, they also never showed up. Guess they have so much business, they don't need to show up for every service they book. I'll never use them or recommend them to a friend. Sept 29 was the day that the city flooded, so I understood that maybe they couldn't make it or they got stuck, but not only did they not call that day, nor did they say anything on the phone when I did call them (the person answering had no idea what was going on)... they never called back at all.
