We reached out to Parkset plumbing to replace a gas boiler. Tom came out and gave us an estimate for the job. The job turned out to be bigger than we thought. Throughout the entire process Tom was in contact with us on a daily basis with updates. Parkset finished the job and was able to help us with some National Grid issues. Tom was always professional and polite even when he was dealing with the DOB and National Grid issues. I would defunitely recommend Parkset Plumbing. They were very flexible in their schedules. I also worked with Alex on the backend with the invoices and payments. She was great.

I called them to get an estimate on replacing our old boiler. Tom arrived when promised, thoroughly inspected the current boiler, checked the size of the radiators in each apartment, explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. They emailed us a quote in a timely manner and their quote was very reasonable. The friendly Aphrodite called is a few days later to make sure we had no further questions. My husband decided to go with another company that handled the brand of boiler that we already have, but I was impressed with my dealings with Parkset Plumbing.

I've been working with Parkset for well over a decade, and these guys are great. They're always prompt to return a phone call, and their proposal for replacing my boiler was professionally executed and thoroughly detailed. From start to finish, my experience on this job was excellent. A few years ago, their repair of our defective water main was excellent. Their fees were consistently fair, as well.

I wanted to thank Tom and parkset plumbing for all the hard work he and his plumber Have done for me and my Cobblehill home I had them replumb my Bathroom and replace my boiler Just wanted to say how respectful And fast they were also I wanted to say how cost efficient they were much better than competitors. I’ve been calling on Tom and his crew for at least 15 years. They will work with you on price. More important though is the work. They have an experienced journeymen crew. They will fix it right the first time.

This Company deserves 5 stars. The owner, Tom, was very responsive and most considerate and very professional. The technician that he sent out was also professional, concerned and very knowledgeable about his trade (at a very good price, by the way). I had a really hard time getting someone to come out to look at and fix the heating issues from other nearby "companies" at my home. Parkset plumbing did a great job converting my super old and leaking flash-o-meter toilet into a modern toilet. Was super stressed out because i live in a co-op building and the regulation can be a pain, but the team was meticulous and even left the bathroom clean. Would work with them again!

National Grid came to my house to do an inspection of the gas meters. They found multiple leaks and shut the gas off pending repair by a licensed Master Plumber. I googled Plumbers and started calling from the list. 4 out of 5 of them blatantly lied to me and told me they would have to pull multiple permits and do uneccesary tests. One of them outright told the total work sounds like it could be upwards of $8,500. When I called Parkset the lead Plumber simply asked me to read to him exactly what was on the shut off ticket. He let me know there was no such thing and it would be a simple fix. They showed up promptly the next morning and knocked it out in no time and for no where near that cost. They also followed up with me several times after to make sure that the gas company followed through to restore gas. For me this goes above and beyond just doing a job. I deleted all the other contractors from my phone and now have Parkset as my only go to Plumbing company. I'm super happy with them and recommend them big time.

Parkset recently did an oil to gas conversion and installed a new boiler in my brownstone. Tom, the owner is super knowledgeable and a very nice guy. He has a very professional team of technicians. They were neat, courteous and very thorough in fine tuning the new system to this old house. The pricing was reasonable and the job was completed from the old boiler removal to new installation in 3 days. I highly recommend Parkset for any future plumbing jobs you may have.

We have used Parkset Plumbing for years and always have had a positive experience.They have replaced the boiler to our house in the dead of winter. Replaced faucets in our 110 year old house with it's antique plumbing. The latest plumbing disaster was disintegrating pipes under our finished basement from the washer /dryer and kitchen sink area .Tom and his team came promptly. Isolated the problem using a camera to scope out the situation and replaced the necessary pipes. He managed to save my ceramic tile floors in the main living area of the basement. I can't recommend Parkset Plumbing enough.

When we bought the 19th century townhouse in Brooklyn plumbing was the main issue. The boiler looked like it would explode at any moment, there was a weird second water heater kind-of hooked in, the sewer cleanout was all wrong, there were multiple fire dangers in the way things were vented to the chimney, and all showers/tubs had various issues. Parkset came in with a very reasonable bid. The work was done quickly, with great quality and communication. It was such a good experience, I called them back for a couple more projects.

We learned about Parkset from a super who manages many brownstones in Brooklyn Heights. They have a great team of plumbers and can handle anything from installing a faucet to complex boilers. I have a two family brownstone in Cobble Hill, and I sleep better at night in the winter knowing they have serviced my gas boiler and satisfying DOB. They are not only competent; their pricing is fair!

Would give it negative stars if I could. I called to inquire about a bidet installment and the guy was rude, said he “would never touch” my bidet because it’s an Asian brand. Told me to “just buy an American bidet then maybe it’ll just work”
So unprofessional and honestly came off racist. Don’t understand the high ratings for this place
