This used to be a great plumber but they have become increasingly dishonest and way overpriced. I recently paid $1000 to have the electrical panel on my boiler moved, only to then have to pay another plumber to move it again because it was in a dangerously hot location. The second plumber only charged $200. Find a different plumber.

I called 6 plumbers these guys got here the fastest, were the most responsive and then, 6 repaired burst pipes later, were also sweet, helpful and affordable. Albert and Miguel were so great. My only complaint is that their boss was a little rude about the payment methods. But other than that it was a smooth, seamless experience.

I’m a townhouse homeowner in crown heights. i’ve been using Parkset for at least sixteen years. In that time, they have serviced our original boiler every season, replaced our boiler when it finally got too old, replaced our water heater, roughed in plumbing for two small renovations, bled radiators, added radiators, replaced radiator valves, tested our gas piping, fixed a clogged shower valve, and replaced a garbage disposal. Their plumbers are always courteous, clean in their work, and professional. They explain why things were done and what to watch out for. As an architect, i’ve seen good plumbing work that is “squared away” and sloppy, lazy plumbing work. These are the good ones. Are they the cheapest out there? No. but with plumbing you do indeed get what you paid for. these guys don’t need to get called back. the owner, Tom, frequently makes visits or even answers the phone himself and is a tremendous repository of knowledge sometimes able to help customers solve problems before the visit when it might take a day or two to get there. unreservedly recommend.

Parkset and the team were great! Had them install a boiler at one of properties that i manage, and Tom was super helpful and accommodating. Even helped me out with a few other issues beyond the job. Highly recommend!

We had a cracked boiler and needed it replaced quickly. Parkset responded fast and handled everything professionally. They explained the everything to us and gave us a couple option. I found all the pricing to be very fair. So, I went through with a boiler replacement, the workers were very clean and cautious. They replaced it with no issues and very fast. They restored my heat and I am so beyond happy I chose parkset.

A few days before the New Year our 28 year old Burnham boiler died. We had anticipated that it might not last the winter, so we had taken a few estimates in November and had already decided to work with Parkset when the time came, so we called them right away. Our new Burnham SteamMax was installed a few days ago by a hardworking, knowledgeable and very professional team. Two technicians returned to the house a few days later to trouble-shoot an issue of low water in the boiler. When we called, they were very responsive and arrived without delay. Again, a very professional interaction. From beginning to end working with Parkset personnel in office and in the field has been a pleasure. This is a firm that offers excellent plumbing in a fair and transparent manner. These guys are real deal.

We recently had a broken pipe from the frigid weather. Before staff came we spoke to the owner, after looking via pictures and were informed of the possible work scope and a tentative pricing range, Parkset with a very busy scheduled day sent staff out within the hour to help and was reasonably priced. Staff took the time to explain everything they did and were very courteous and did a great job! I thank Parkset owner and staff and would recommend Parkset services!

My boiler stopped working during these single digit days. Parkset came the same day ,within hours. Very helpful and curteous when I called. The crew came they were awesome, professional and fixed it everything is running smoothly,even better then before! And the cost of this was very reasonable. The house is warm again ,thank you to everyone at Parkset Plumbing. I highly recommend them! A++++
