I had a bathtub drain pipe leaking and I called them, they sent Anthony & Jordan out the same day. They gave me the estimate to replace the tub drain and fittings which I thought was a very good price. they did the work and left the work area very clean when they left. they both put shoe covers on to make sure the floors and rugs did not get dirty, and they were very polite and explained everything to me. No doubt I will call them for any plumbing problems I would need repaired

I have called upon Penfield Plumbing to help me with several issues over the years, both at my old home and my new. They are reliable, professional, honest and do an excellent job for an affordable price. When it comes to plumbing issues, I wouldn't call anyone else. I give them my highest recommendation - give them a try, you won't regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about Penfield Plumbing. Just before Christmas (of course) our kitchen piping was solidly blocked for 25 feet. Jesse and David went out of their way to make sure we had our kitchen available for Christmas. And even though the quote was under estimated based on the type of blockage we had, Penfield Plumbing stood by their original quote. Again, this company and their employees are fantastic!

Amazing service. The gave us a quote the same day we called and was able to,come back the next day to install. They had some installation issues ( not their fault, old house) so they changed the gas water heater to a electric one sane day, ran the electrical lines as well. They had open communication and excellent techs.we spoke to a few different people at the company throughout the day, and everyone we spoke to was helpful and aware of the services being performed. We will be reusing thier services and referring to anyone we know!

Penfield plumbing did an incredible job. They sent someone out after hours to help solve an emergency issue. The tech was super respectful and efficient. I appreciate the focus and commitment on customer satisfaction. I will be a future customer. Thank you.

I'm the first in my family ever to call a plumber. I've installed toilets, sinks, faucets, hot water heaters, and waterlines, but a persistent subterranean drain pipe blockage broke me! Like my stubborn father before me I would spend days , if necessary, to do it myself. My experience with Penfield Plumbing was positive from the moment I called. Renee was very upbeat, articulate, and cheerful in processing my request for an appointment.
Upon meeting Vinney the plumber in my driveway I knew it was going to be a good day! Within 5 minutes he presented as very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. As an added bonus he is downright charismatic. Vinney thoroughly explained all potential repair scenarios and possible costs. He opted for an approach that rectified the problem and saved me some money by modifying his original plan of attack. In addition, he left my wife and I with several helpful hints that will likely stave off future drainpipe obstructions.
Given my advancing age I just might contact Penfield Plumbing for my next toilet installation.

We had an issue with our sump pump and called Penfield Plumbing the first thing Monday morning. A service technician, Jesse Linenbroker was at our house by 10:00 AM and promptly dealt with the problem. He also quickly agreed to look at and remedy a downspout issue that was dumping water along the foundation. He was courteous, very competent and clearly customer oriented. We have relied on Penfield Plumbing Plumbing for many years and recommend them highly.

We called yesterday (4/22) morning after discovering a leak under our kitchen sink. Penfield Plumbing told us they could come the following day but if anything came up they would come earlier. They ended up coming 3 1/2 hours after we called (this was not an emergency as the leak stopped once we stopped using the sink). Fortunately for us the issue for us was a simple fix as the Penfield Plumbing employee discovered a pip loose. He spent about 5 minutes total at our home and fixed the problem.
But the most amazing part was he did not charge us anything.
We have used Penfield Plumbing in the past and have always been happy with their service and this was a very pleasant surprise.

We have been using Penfield Plumbing ever since we moved to Rochester in 2019. They are wonderful. We have had them work on small projects from installing a new garbage disposal to a more complicated shower plumbing project. So far we have had John and Bryan out to do the service calls. Both are so nice, professional, and do great quality work. Booking an appointment is very easy and often our scheduled service date gets moved up which is always appreciated. We highly recommend them.

Toilet was leaking to the room below when flushed. This plumber guy - Vinnie came, said toilet bowl alignment issue. Charged $450. Then, as soon as he left, the flush started malfunctioning. We had to call him back. Replaced flush - $210. So this second visit all of a sudden he mentioned toilet bowl had to be replaced, said $700. We didn’t replace it because all these trips were starting to cost too much! After he left, toilet seat was crooked and the water level low! The stuff wasn’t going down. He is coming a 3rd time now. When we called to complain about the incompetence and the ridiculous prices, the dispatcher hung up on us!🎉
Update: 3rd time, Louis came. He was ok. We had Steve before and he was good. Ask for them specifically. I’d be giving 1 star if it wasn’t for these 2.

Our sewer pipes were leaking in the basement and our house became unlivable, so we got a plumber who ignored our calls for 5 days eventually sent us an estimate over $3,500. We called Penfield Plumbing instead and they were at our house in 30 minutes, were professional, told us exactly what the problem was and gave us a fair and reasonable estimate. Steve fully resolved the problem kindly and professionally. It was such a relief after the horrible experience we had with the first company. We will be going to Penfield Plumbing with any future problem!! A reliable and reasonable plumber is such an important thing to have. Also, their office staff was incredibly helpful and professional. A special shoutout to Monica for professionally and efficiently helping us. She relieved our stress!

Vinny and Greg did an excellent job for us. They removed and replaced a 90 year old concrete utility sink and replaced 2 equally old outdoor faucets. They were prompt, tidy, efficient, polite, and thoroughly professional.

Office would not give a quote on the service we were having done at our house. They said “he will give you a fair price”. REALLY make the price up as you go?? Who does that?

Penfield Plumbing has served well each time I have requested their assistance. The people sent have been skilled, work efficiently and are pleasant to deal with. I will continue to use this company and will recommend them willingly to any neighbors and friends who need such work to be done.

We’ve used Penfield Plumbing for decades and about 2 weeks ago, I was reminded why we remain loyal customers. After locating the source of some very random knocking in our water pipes, we called Penfield Plumbing to have the problem fixed. Lou showed up right on time and after asking about the problem, went right to work.
After checking several possible sources and conferring with us, Lou went ahead and fixed what we all thought was the cause of the problem. We happily paid our bill and Lou went on his way. Unfortunately, the next morning, the knocking returned. I called and explained the situation to Monica and she arranged to have Lou return the next day. Before he even returned, he had checked with the manufacturer of the part he had replaced and spoke with colleagues to try and figure out the problem. After explaining things to us, he spent a great deal of time adding an additional part, at no charge, that ultimately fixed our problem. We could not have been more grateful!
In all the years we have dealt with this company and their employees they are always friendly, respectful, professional and caring. They truly want to help and they do, because they’re very knowledgeable and skilled, but they also want to be sure their customers are happy and satisfied…we always are and will always be loyal customers! I can't recommend this plumbing service enough! From the moment I called with an emergency, Monica was fantastic; she was so efficient and got me on the schedule right away. Drew showed up incredibly fast and was an absolute lifesaver! His work was top-notch, and he was not only highly skilled but also very respectful and professional throughout. He even made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job was done. This was a huge project and I am super happy with the results! Thank you!
