This company has professional people that really do care about getting the job done in excellence. Ever since I had an issue last year and one of the guys went above and beyond my expectations. I always ask for this company when i have plumbing concerns. These gentlemen know their job well and communicate the problem in simple terms.

Very professional service provided by this company and I've been through a few plumbers unfortunately. I called in on a Sunday and they gave me a window from 1pm - 5pm, with a link that tracked the plumber when he was on the way and a picture of them as well for additional verification (amazing) Brian showed up around 2pm and got right to work and solved the issue not long after. The prices are extremely fair and I received a receipt for the services before he even left detailing what was done. The reviews don't lie for this company, would recommend a 1000 times to anyone looking for reliable, professional plumbers.

Had a clogged drain. A very polite kindly professional young man came and effectively addressed the problem and advised me on how to not have that problem again.

Excellent job done!! Michael did such a fantastic job and he is such a light hearted person, he fixed the problem super quick! My family and I were struggling with this clogged bathtub and dreading to go into the bathroom!! Also they are super affordable! Absolutely recommend them!!

I received service by Balkan after filing a claim with my plumbing contract. Balkan came immediately on a Saturday but had to come back on Monday with another man and a length of PVC pipe to replace a rusted cast iron drain pipe. They finished the repair that day in one hour. I was 35 minutes away from the house and they called me 45 minutes before so I could meet them at the house.

They are on time. The technician that came was very friendly and polite not to mention how helpful he was. Thanks Kevin! Really would recommend them for your services.

I was give a referral to Balkan through my regular plumbing service. Unfortunately it during COVID man power was short. But lets just say this. i am now a regular customer when i sewage issue. And that not very often but when do i contact Balkan.

First time customer. Requested a quote for PM on my home's sewer backwater valve. They got back to me in an hour. Price was very reasonable and they were able to schedule me in for the same morning! The technician Joe was courteous, prompt and professional. He inquiried if we had sewer line insurance from the DEP, which he highly recommended. We already had it but appreciated the helpful gesture. I really wish all my business interactions were this way.

I was very very impressed with this company - they came out to replace my water main via American Water Resources insurance - they must be very well staffed because they came the very next day after they inspected it initially. A team of maybe 4-6 people replaced my water main connecting it to the city water line, digging deep 4-5’ holes - which looked very laborious, they were super efficient, started a little before 8am and were 100% done by 4pm! Wow! And everyone I came in touch with, starting with the people on the phone, were clear, concise, pleasant and organized. I couldn’t believe how smoothly it went, especially since insurance was involved. It’s been about half a year now, so I can vouch that their work has held up perfectly so far!
