We are more than thrilled with everything MDM Construction did to enhance the look of our kitchen. Their installation of new countertops, sink, lighting and backsplash was absolutely outstanding in every way.

From initial contact through finished product, MDM was fabulous to work with, did what they said they were going to do (and when they said they would do it), and were focused on fine detail and excellent project management every step of the way. The 2-man crew was neat and nice and absolutely customer-service oriented. Their goal seemed to be to make us happy not only with the finished job, but on a daily basis as well, always ensuring that our kitchen was as usable as it could possibly be when they left for the day.

I'm saving the best for last. We had never used MDM before, and like most consumers, we had questions about an untested company's integrity. This is where MDM really excelled. At one point in the process, a potential issue arose with a supplier. It was a situation that could have easily resulted in finger-pointing, but MDM ensured that it unquestionably didn't. Their attitude was "your contract is with us and we're going to make it right." And they did, with absolute professionalism.

We can recommend MDM Construction with absolutely no reservations. They are definitely at the top of our list for future remodeling projects.

Recently bought a house and wanted to knock down a wall to open up the space between the living room and kitchen. After asking around, MDM construction was highly recommended. They did an amazing job! The project turned out great and changed the whole look and feel of the house. They were very trustworthy and worked around a very busy family schedule. We had an extensive home renovation project MDM Construction completed for us- a sunroom addition with front porch and walkway, two bathrooms, a laundry closet and a master bedroom. We were extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and care they put into their work. Everything was done meticulously and came out better than we could have ever imagined. All of the crew working with MDM on this project were trustworthy, dependable and timely with their deadlines. They made a complicated project fun and manageable on our end with very little stress. MDM is a fantastic contractor to work with. I used them to build a beautiful new addition onto a historic house, and they matched new with old seamlessly. I also used them a few years later to completely remodel a bathroom and have been so pleased with the result. I have recommended them to multiple friends and will continue to do so. This father and 2 sons team are true craftsmen, with careful attention to quality and style. They are also friendly, responsive, and highly conscientious. And of course, they are excellent value.

We could not recommend MDM Construction enough after our recent kitchen renovation!!! Everyone on the team was wonderful work with. We were very impressed by their quality of work and attention to detail. They were also very understanding and flexible with us needing to be in and out of the kitchen area throughout the day. MDM completed our 320 sq ft addition and kitchen renovation and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They were fantastic to work with and provided quality craftsmanship. From start to finish, Dan was always in communication with us through every step of the process. Both Johns and Matt were so friendly, punctual, and always left their work space so clean and organized. They were very flexible and even worked around my toddler’s nap time. MDM completed our 2nd bathroom renovation. Just like the 1st bathroom project, MDM handled every step of the project with professionalism, cleanliness, and care to the home. They were very communicative at every step of the project.

During this project, they also replaced our garage door header that had deteriorated/been patched from the original home build. They ensured it was repaired correctly and meticulously replaced the trim and siding where needed.

As a result of my amazing kitchen renovation, I can and will highly recommend MDM construction! From the very beginning, Dan and John were 100% present and involved in every step of the project. The original design was incredible- nothing that I would’ve ever thought of myself. They referred me to wonderful designers to help pick my cabinets, fixtures, tiling, as well as a place to get a good deal on my appliances. I was told by so many that it would be terrible as the renovation was being done, but it wasn’t at all. They made everything as workable and comfortable as possible. Once work began, John was there when he said he would be, worked efficiently every day, cleaned up afterwards so that when I came home after work, the space was unbelievably tidy. John’s work was meticulously carried out, and the final project came together beautifully. I am truly beyond thrilled with my kitchen and MDM construction!
