This is the third time I’ve used MDM and couldn’t be happier. What a transformation at my townhome. From planning to completion I was kept informed on progress. Shout out to John and Matt who did the demolition and rebuild to the finished kitchen. So easy to work with and so neat both inside and out in the garage. Very little dust and debris! Highly recommend their work! Beautiful quartz countertops from Empire kitchen/bath; cabinetry from VHI cabinet specialties!

MDM Construction recently completed a bathroom remodel and kitchen refresh in our home and we could not be more pleased. The workmanship is by far the best we have ever experienced. John and Matt were always on time and so respectful of our home during the project. Their talent is very evident in the finished product and we are confident that things were done correctly. Dan in the office was always responsive to questions and pointed us in the right direction when we needed advice regarding procurement issues. We highly recommend MDM Construction.

We couldn’t be happier with our finished bathroom and our overall experience with MDM! John (x 2), Dan and Matt are hard working, easy to communicate with and professional. They always took the time to clean up after themselves and their attention to detail is seen throughout our finished bathroom. Our project did start later than we were initially told but it was 100% worth the wait. In fact we are so pleased with it that we will absolutely be contacting them again to redo our kitchen in a couple of years.

We just had MDM Construction do an extensive renovation on our home. We could not be more pleased with the results! This renovation reconfigured our home by adding in a new kitchen, family room, bathroom and laundry room. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. Dan, Jon and Matt were great to work with.They took our dream on paper and made it into a reality. Our dogs miss seeing them everyday.

We found MDM construction through Better Business Bureau when we were looking to have our back porch remodeled in to a 4 seasons sunroom in 2021. MDM was very responsive, came out for an estimate quickly,and were confident in their ability to complete the project John was always there on time in the morning to get started and was very clean and professional. The room came out better then we imagined and it's the perfect addition to our home and access to the back yard. A year later we hired MDM again for a second floor bathroom remodel. John and Matt made sure it looked how we wanted and were so meticulous with every detail even making sure the veining of the tile surround was evenly distributed. The bathroom came out so clean and beautiful is actually a place I want to spend time in. I would highly recommend hiring MDM construction for any home renovation. John is extremely talented at what he does and has an amazing skill set. Communication with the team was excellent through both projects and we are very happy with our new spaces.

We did a complete kitchen renovation with MDM, and could not be happier with the results. Every aspect of the project was seamless from start to finish. The MDM team is wonderful - extremely talented, flexible, kind, and professional.

From the start of the project where we reviewed details, needs, and project plans with Dan, through the demo and renovation with John and Matt, through the final finished project, we were constantly impressed and very thankful for all that they did.

Communication was consistent and honest. When we hit an unexpected snag (there were a few!) they took it in stride, and worked through it efficiently. Overall craftsmanship and skill is unmatched. They were always willing to partner with us and talk through options, even mid-project. The kitchen is exactly what we wanted, and it is truly beautiful and functional.

A bonus to working with this team is their respect and care to the home and family. They were always friendly and helpful, cleaned up meticulously every evening before they left, and understood when we needed flexibility for children running through or our dog being there. The dog missed John and Matt when they left!

This was our first project with MDM, and we already have several more we are interested in pursuing with this team.

Stand up company always does honest work and gets the job done right the first time.

One of their dump trucks swerved across two lanes of traffic to cut me off. On a bridge. I nearly ran into them and I don't really think that would have ended well for me. Grossly irresponsible driving was such a large vehicle.

It never fails to amaze me how people will drive like idiots in vehicles with a business name on the side.

If the owner reads this, it was on 252 on the bridge over the Genesee River.

Jose with Flour City Construction, is above the best in all around, customer satisfaction. Jose & his team’s attention to detail, is at expert level. While I had a gaping hole in an outside wall, they ensured my pets were secured from getting loose & well cared for.
Jose kept his promise, if the construction takes more than one day; all water & power will be available for our use. Also, he sealed in-progress construction from the outside elements.
It’s nice too see Old School professionals!!!

Jose and his crew are phenomenal. They did my entire house renovation which was spectacular, just redid my basement, and have done countless smaller projects for myself, family and clients of mine. I have nothing but positive things to say- they do great quality work, reasonable prices, are honest and trustworthy! Highly recommend!

Flower City is a fantastic company that drywalled and finished 2 second floor rooms for me. The painters came in behind and praised the the guys that did the drywall finishing because the walls and ceilings came out fantastic! I have known Jose for a number of years and I consider him to be a close friend and wish him all the luck in the future with his company.

The owner and crew do excellent work; they repaired my bathroom and 1st floor ceiling (due to a burst pipe) in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend.

José and his team do great work at a reasonable price. He uses good quality materials and provided us with a comprehensive bid.

Had these guys put a 14' x 17' sun room on the back of our house. Some of the best construction I've seen. They show up on time and complete the job on time!! If there was any question or problem, Jose would make any changes without question. They also did a lot of extras in our house that needed attention, with what I think were very reasonable charges. I would highly recommend them for any construction job.

Flour City Construction completed installation of a new ceiling in my living room and hallway, painted ceilings and walls in those rooms and repaired walls and painted where my electric heating units had been removed. All of the employees working at my home provided quality work. Jose, the owner, oversaw the work to completion and responded immediately to any of my questions or concerns. In addition, as the work progressed, I found a couple of small additional jobs that I wanted done and they wrapped it into the overall original quote. The work was great. The price was reasonable. I recommend Flour City Construction highly.
