5-stars! The entire process was quick, easy, cost effective and we now have a beautiful roof! Through the estimating and proposal process, Keven was understanding, professional and responsive. During the job, Aaron, explained everything and kept us updated throughout. Aaron and his team worked hard and had the roof installation completed in one day. Online payments were simple and easy (and when we had a question, Amanda was friendly and knowledgeable to help us). Great job all the way around! Thanks Long Construction!

Mike and his crew did a roof about 7 years ago and they did awesome job! We had home and his crew come back to do some flashing around windows and put up some siding that blew off in wind storm. Mike took the time to call and explain about the project and give rough time frame. I love the communication especially the work was being done at my mom’s house and I don’t live there. They were very accommodating knowing my mother is not able to ambulate well. The work is top line, looks amazing and highly recommended Long construction. The office staff is also amazing, great personality and respond quick to emails. Everyone I have talked with at Long construction I get the impression they like job. Some companies in past I worked with they had not such great attitude. Mike, I will definitely recommend you to everyone I talk with!! Great company to work with! Matt Auble did a roof for one of our rental properties, completed the job 2 days. Very professional, hard working. Kept the yard clean, and our tenants loved him. Great price, we will definitely be using Matt and Long Construction again for more projects.

We called long construction because our roof was leaking, the office staff were very professional and pleasant to talk to. Keven was also very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Our project manager Brandon was extremely detailed and communicated with me through out the whole project. The crew was polite and personal and left my yard cleaner than it was before hand.

Mr. Prince was fantastic to work with, he was delightful and knowledgeable during the construction process which lead to a successful project with awesome results. Would totally recommend him 10/10 times!

I had a leak coming through the ceiling in my kitchen. Called Long Construction for help thinking it might be the roof. Mike Long came out several times to troubleshoot the problem and didn’t quit until he found where the leak was coming from which was the chimney. He gave us recommendations on who to call to fix the chimney. His customer service was excellent, would recommend highly.

Long Construction was great. Dustin worked tirelessly to help me out. The crew was fast, great workers, and did amazing cleaning up any mess they made and making sure they triple checked the yard for nails. For my roof being pretty big they were in and out within 2 days and then they also came through to make sure they fixed any minor issues. If you are looking for a company who will take care of you then this is where to go!

From getting a quote, to project completion, my experience with Long Construction was top-notch. They were fairly priced and the Project Manager, Brandon, was attentive and trustworthy. It was a tear-off roof and now looks exactly as I’d expect - perfect. I’d recommend Long Construction and would hope you get the same experience as I did with Brandon!

Long Construction did a fantastic job on my roof, completed in one day! I worked with Dakota for the initial estimate, and he also checked in on the day of the install which I appreciated. Donny was the on-site supervisor and was awesome - communicated with me thoroughly and ensured I was happy with the end result. Cleanup was SPOTLESS and they even readjusted my gutters. I can't make this up - they also used their leaf blowers to clear the beech nut shells and tree debris off my driveway. 5 out 5 stars, they nailed it!

I had my roof replaced. Phil, Aaron, Brandon, Amanda and the rest of the staff of Long Construction were there to assist me every step of the way. They were friendly and professional. They were dedicated to making sure I was satisfied. The workmanship (and cleanup) was excellent. They exceeded my expectations. I will call them again and recommend them to others.

I couldn't be happier with my new roof from Long Construction. Sales Consultant, Brian W. inspected my roof and recommended I file a warranty claim with Owens Corning. He helped with photographs and sending shingles to OC. Owens Corning covered the new shingles and even paid labor for my new roof installation! Its nice to see a company stand by their warranty. Project Manager, Aaron S. and crew were also a pleasure to work with and he was onsite for any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.

I had a slow drip in our bedroom ceiling. Called Long Construction and they showed up on a Saturday as promised. The roofer was here about an hour and did some work on the dormer. He was skilled and knew what to look for to repair. Its warm outside right now. The snow and ice are melting, but there is no drip drip and the ceiling is dry in the bedroom.
I'll call them again if I need to - there was absolutely no hassle.

Shout out to Long’s Construction who came and cleared the ice dams from my roof today! They showed up right on time, understood the need to be careful with my historic home, and charged far less than others were quoting (a bit of price gouging going on elsewhere, IMO). Would definitely use them again!

My bill was originally like $6500 with a few concerns went to $7500. Because i mainly had to argue you guys want to charge me $150.00 to pull one ragady aluminum storm wondow frames off its like 2 minutes of labor. And I had 6 windows . Your up charges are way out of line .After arguing you did it cheaper like $50. per window . It should of been included in scope of work. how do wrap metal around in old storm window.I did put $1600 down i was paying anywhere from $1000 to $2000 per month yes I went over 2 months but you guys were being paid .And your secretary said it was ok. I know its not your fault that 3 of the teants didnt pay rent there section 8 cases got screw up. I was struggling a bit. and even though I was sending you as much as I could. You still got your lawyer involved. I will never use you more recommend you to any of the real estate investment clubs im involved in. Good luck

Very happy with our new roof and the whole process of working with everyone at Long Construction. David was great and spent plenty of time with us answering all our questions and providing options during the initial quote process. Our project included a new roof, skylights, replacing all inadequate soffit vents and insulating the previously inaccessible vaulted ceiling attic space and some gutter upgrades.
The whole thing was completed in a single day, the crew was super hardworking and did a great job cleaning up.

From start to finish Long Construction was professional, courteous, detail oriented, and fast. They were competitively priced and even dropped their price a bit to ensure they earned my business. I was extremely happy with the entire project and can't say enough about them. I used them for both a new roof and new gutters.

After a few estimates we chose Long Construction to replace our roof a few weeks ago. We made it very clear to multiple team members that our existing ridge vent was nearly nonexistent and needed to be widened, and each time we were met with “cutting the ridge vent is standard.”
The tear-off and installation were completed quickly, but the next day my husband checked the attic and discovered that the main ridge vent had not been widened at all. Frustration is the best word for it. While Long did return to fix the issue, it’s disappointing an industry standard was overlooked in the first place. Other than this issue, the job was well done.

Excellent communication from start to finish! I didn’t feel like I was having games played with me with the pricing like other roofing companies where they would start with a very high price then supposedly give you all these discounts just to get you down to a still higher price than many other companies. Long Construction came in and gave me reasonable pricing right up front without all the gimmicks. The crew and project manager were all professional and nice. My roof was replaced in literally some hours. The crew came right in and knocked it out. Constantly working to get the job done. It was a messy project but I was most impressed by the thoroughness of the clean up. Not one nail or shingle has been found. Glad I chose Long Construction over the other companies I got quotes from.

I called Amanda at Long Construction for help with the snow and ice damming on my roof. We were having dripping in the kitchen above the sliding door under the soffits. She was very pleasant and helpful. This was Thursday afternoon. Friday morning and Brian the project manager came out and we chatted about the problem. That afternoon Cameron and his crew came out and cleared the snow off the roof and left about 150 lbs of salt to thaw the huge ice dam I had. They l cleared the snow from my driveway before they left too so all in all a great experience. Thanks to the gang at Long Construction.
